No. He was in the Rovers when he first met Dee Dee but then he turned up in the solicitors office after he'd had an issue with what turned out to be one of Carl's stolen cars.

Todd and the tracker… he smashed and broke his phone. He said another expense when it happened but then I don’t think it was mentioned again? If he got a new phone the tracker wouldn’t be on it? Unless it was still there on a cloud back up - but Corrie aren’t usually that technical for things like that ie. Todd not having Apple Pay, or online banking, having to ring the bank for a new card!
