I’ve seen on Digital Spy that Swarla fans have found Alison King’s daughter’s TikTok and Insta and have been commenting “your mum saved me” and asking about her there…
She responded in a banter like way to all the comments but still she must be incredibly freaked out by how obsessed people are with her mother. It’s shocking people are searching for her daughter online and thinking the have the right to interact with her online when she’s not in the public eye herself.
Alison’s stalker was in 2014 and apparently was the reason she deleted her social media and stopped attending awards. The lady was a female who waited outside the studios and ran up to her with pages of notes about her. That was when AK approached producers for help.
That stalker is nothing compared to the people today who are obsessed with her. They’re a million times worse. All the accounts and people waiting to take pictures of her. People here are referring to the Twitter accounts but TikTok is much worse.
It’s sad as AK was only gaining the confidence to start doing interviews and press videos again during Corriedale. No way she would return to social media.
Vicky and Sydney are much more comfortable with the fans and don’t really see it aa unhealthy as they’ve only just had their big break. It’s Sydney’s first tv role and Vicky’s first permanent job, after going through several tv stints including Corrie. Vicky even requested to follow Em (a swarla fan) on Twitter last week despite her not making any posts about Vicky for months.

It’s a terrible storyline. Too rushed and no back story or introduction to any of the characters. It doesn’t help that it’s Lucas’ (Will’s) first acting job. The actress looks early 30s rather than 25… and it’s hard to believe something is going on between them with the lack of scenes between the two. With M & J in Emmerdale they really pushed the boundaries and had a build up of several months to get to know the characters before anything inappropriate happened.

X or twitter infuriates me with all the swarla posts. It takes all my will power to stop from correcting them. In my option the relationship is as toxic as Theo and Todd?! The way Lisa looked at carla and then turned away when Betsy asked her to stay for tea! In a normal relationship Lisa would have said “yes, please do”

The writers will now drag the “will they won’t they get back together “because they believe that Swarla is as popular with corrie viewers as with the nutters that wear the t shirts and have tattoos of them. Talk About creepy. Most of us can’t stand the pair of them together,in fact personally I can’t stand Swain full stop. And as for another evil character ( Megan) really? Like we need the same evil, murderers, liars, fraudsters going round and round on a loop of incredulous storylines.

Am curious if any Corrie viewers who previously did not watch Emmerdale have started, after the Corriedale episode? Personally - I still can’t get into it

The way I see it, I’d normally be watching an hour of corrie, so may as well watch another half hour Emmerdale episode 
I haven't watched it since the early 00s.

I watched the first one after the Corridale episode but it didn't grab me at all so haven't watched one since
I don't watch either Emmerdale or Corrie, just Classic Corrie on ITV 3, and Corriedale has not enticed me to watch Emmerdale at all since.
I have watched a little bit of modern Corrie since but I can't see myself getting into it properly.
So no episode today. Ffs can they make their minds up??
