Arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.

Arrested them for manslaughter and neglect. Poor baba. 
Looks can be very deceiving indeed. Just look at Chris Watts.
I have heard she has mental health issues, I think she is vulnerable and in a coercive control type relationship with him. There will be a care order in place for her other kids and any future kids and that's why the police were after her, because they breached it.
Not absolving her of any guilt though. They are clearly 2 chaotic people who need to stop breeding.
I’m very comfortable judging two people who have left a trail of destruction (and now death) in their wake since they met.
The police officer is saying they still have hope the baby is alive, is it possible they have added the manslaughter arrest to maybe force some kind of information from the parents ? Or is he possibly just being kind?
Just awful and they wondered why the authorities wanted to take the baby off them.

Theres photos of her with them on her fb, the album is called "my lovely sprogs' or something like that.
Constance’s open FB account had a folder with photos of three kids. People speculated that some of the photos looked like they’d been taken at a contact centre.
I don't know how it works but wondered if they have maybe charged them with manslaughter to extend the time they are allowed to keep them in custody? I also think sadly they must have some evidence pointing them in that direction. I just find it unfathomable that the baby is alive and they are no commenting their interviews. Sadly the baby has IMO probably passed and it honestly is the stuff of nightmares what the baby's short time on earth must have been like. Cold, stressed, hungry, ill and in pain probably.
That poor baby. Honestly knocks me sick to my stomach to think of an innocent little soul suffering. Hoping for some sort of miracle 
Unforgiveable not to take the baby for medical care. And even being arrested she's only concerned about her man.
There’s a guy on now saying that’s exactly why, to allow them to detain & question for longer. They can then get a warrant from a magistrate to detain for a few more days.
Yes they would have had to release them tomorrow if they didnt do this. They are basing it on the circumstances that finding the baby alive is looking very slim now.
Sky news just had someone on saying this, it now means they can detain them overnight without having to go to magistrates to request more time (which they have to do once 24hrs is up).
I also think as they were arrested for child neglect but failed to cooperate with police, the step up to gross negligence manslaughter is also more likely the outcome but possibly a tactic if baby is still alive for them to give up where she is.
