Is she saying they did all that, but planned to give their child up to care after six months?!

Also if she’d cut off her family, how did they have anything to do with MG passport?

I wonder what kind of carer or who given nobody knew about the baby , who? given they seem to be isolated from everyone ? Who were they going to trust to willingly give their six month old baby to while they went abroad and have someone later bring this baby to them in another country? You know the baby they were so desperate to keep so ss couldn’t remove her , but were willingly going to leave her , ffs come up with a better story 🙄

She thought phones were being hacked by her fam? Ok, paranoia confirmed.

I do honestly believe her family are totally ducked up. Their behaviour, her behaviour, everything that’s made public about them and their past makes it the most obvious solution.

The trust is interesting, but it’s fair to assume that what she does with the money it pays out is nothing to do with her family. The trust was from her grandmother and managed by at least some professional trustees. You don’t get to decide someone can’t have the money because you think they’re a bit tit.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Trustees are family.

Didn't get around to it. For 2 whole weeks. Imagine the stench off a gigantic bit of liver sitting out on the kitchen counter after 2 weeks and that's probably close.

What does she mean the car broke down in questionable circumstances! Do they believe the car was sabotaged by her family 😂 I believe she is full of paranoia

I feel like the defence is painting a picture of undiagnosed mental illness without actually mentioning anything about it. Clever.

I think you're on the money. MG said in his police interviews that it was like a film. I can't remember what word he misused but he meant detonation.

I think you're on the money. MG said in his police interviews that it was like a film. I can't remember what word he misused but he meant detonation.
He described it as "the strangest thing ever".
"My car exploded. I thought, I thought demolition. Smoke and then fire and then whoosh. That's what I thought of Hollywood. I said, 'how did that happen?'"
He said things "went down really quickly" when their car blew up. At one point during the police interview Mr Gordon described himself as a "feeling" and "sensitive" person.
He told the detective: "I have done everything I think right. If you listen to me, I have done nothing really wrong.
"I have supported my wife. Tried my best as a husband. And I don't think she has done anything wrong actually in trying to take care of her child".
That was his response when asked about the car 🙄

Didn’t think it was fair for the kids to live with private investigators (doing what exactly 🤣) but did think it was fair for them to live homeless 👍🏻 sure hun. Just total and absolute balls. They said it was a lifestyle choice.

She so did not want a conventional life. She wouldn’t even take a Covid test so that she could see her baby. Oh, and she ‘married’ a rapist.

The breakdown was a different car - there was this and then the fire a few days later

That’s exactly my point though- they still have to abide by the law, they have far less opportunity to control trust fund than they would anything else really. Trustees uphold the trust, not make their own decisions.
Putting it in a trust has safeguarded against the family controlling her, to some extent. Probably for good reason all round

I think there will be a lot more short breaks required when cross examination starts .. shocking really that MG has contributed nothing to their defence , is he in court today ?
