I don’t believe this thread is anything close to being like a CT community, I wouldn’t engage with people there, I wouldn’t give them my time, I enjoy learning, I enjoy being wrong

I’m not a fool, I know everyone here sees my posts across the site, on the anti thread or the vaccine thread, I wouldn’t actively go onto a thread and insult you lot if I was talking about you lot,
I do at times read posts and research here and think “duck they’re a bit invested” but I don’t judge anyone for doing it, do what you enjoy, and this stuff can be enjoyable!
covid, vaccines, like everyone here it’s all so close to home at the moment it’s difficult to consume everywhere, but I want us all to get on despite how we agree or disagree, everyone knows arguments or attacks aren’t tolerated but there’s nothing wrong with disagreements at times.

Has anyone looked into eye problems relating to the vaccine? My mums partner had his in March and then was told he had optic nerve issues. Now I've just been on Facebook and a girl I went to school with had hers end of feb and has been sent to A and E with optic nerve problems. Seems a massive coincidence.

Don't know about optic nerve damage but I girl I know on FB had it up about her dad losing his sight two days after getting it the hospital thought it might be a mini stroke they were still doing tests .

Gosh there's a lot of people having eye problems after then! I will see how it goes with my mums partner and will update you if there are any developments.
Wishing them all the best, I hope it is something treatable and unrelated to the vaccine. But also wise to always consider any new factors prior to the issues starting such as the vaccine.
Yes!! I hadn’t thought of a possible link, but my mum had to go to A&E a couple of weeks ago, because her vision was going blurry in one eye, and she told me yesterday that she will be going in for an operation to correct her vision.
As I said, I didn’t even consider that it might have been a “side effect”, so thankyou @Freedomofspeech89

No worries Dolly. Yes it's a difficult thing to discuss because it's technically a "coincidence" but how many coincidence's does there have to be before it's officially a link. All we can speak is our truths and hope that people feel safe to talk about theirs without being vilified.
