If fitting back into pre pregnancy jeans isn't a big deal then don't talk about it.
She has so many negative preconceptions about everything. Weight, breast feeding, depression, and I wish she'd just admit that she struggles with breaking the stigmas she's been brought up to believe are true instead of pretending with insincere statements that formula is great, or she loves all body sizes. She clearly looks down on formula, plus size bodies and now depression.
What is this world she lives in where having ADHD is apparently cool and acceptable but depression is shameful.
I think she should have spoken about her medicated depression from the beginning (hopefully to help people) or not at all. She's already hidden it for long enough and all that does is show people that this is something to be ashamed of. It's not like being on medication for mental health related issues is new to her so I don't unsldertand the secrecy unless she thinks depression is something people will judge her for and that makes me wonder if she judges others as weak for having depression.
