I mean, she could still take his name if she wanted to, even if it wasn't a legal wedding. In California, they have what's called the "usage method," wherein you just start going by your new name in all aspects of your life. So she could have just started going by Colleen Stocklin everywhere and that is enough for a legal name change without a court order in CA.

She never mentioned anything about engagement before the first pregnancy reveal and even then she had no ring, he supposedly proposed with stone only while she was pregnant.
But even assuming this was a real engagement- the marriage never happened in my opinion because of many signs:
- she’s super open about her life but wasn’t even a mention until months later when she showed “wedding” at home without any official but supposedly her sister?! No witnesses?! No certificate?!
- she and Erik get cagey any time the “wedding” or “marriage” is mentioned, they don’t know the date of it?!
- her claims she doesn’t like weddings are hilarious because she had the biggest most pompous wedding with Joshua in 2016
- Erik mentioned few times-“ are we really married”?! And “the plan was to have a wedding at some point”?! Like both of these things are in the future
- She didn’t take his last name unlike the name Colleen Evans that she took in 2016
- He might have access to her money (but that’s easy, one can share bank account with a roommate), however he refers to “Colleen’s house” or “the house where he lives” and never “their house”
I just think she made up the marriage thing because of not wanting Flynn to be introduced as a kid born out of wedlock, which for most people won’t be a thing, but for her definitely is, because of her strict super religious upbringing.
I thought they said something about going to their city hall or whatever and getting it done? I think they’re married but it was all very last minute like an afterthought

my thoughts exactly!In latest video, everyone in the comments are recommending special teas and other liquids that help with lactation, which probably would be good advice if Colleen actually had a good diet to begin with. All this is going to do is give her an excuse to not eat because she's "so full from all this tea" or she's going to come out with a reason why she can't try any of the drinks/other methods, and then the struggling content can continue.

I’ve despised this woman since she was caught grooming a young fan. Things have only got worse and the clickbaiting of pregnancy was unforgivable. Eric has checked out of the relationship and is using her for money. Those babies deserve so much better.

Right.. Thing is she’s so concerned with her “image” post her very public divorce, she’s probably putting up with him just to save face.
One thing is paying fir his wisdom teeth surgery, but paying for his cars and designer sneakers is whole other level of annoying.
Her career is drying up, this will be the real test- whether he’ll stick around when money are not freely available anymore
Did they ever mention why Erik isn't working? Sure now he doesn't while Colleen was pregnant & now with the babies, but he wasn't working even before, no?

I get her point about people being mindful of covid because her son can't get surgery,that's completely wrong, surgery should be going ahead but covid is going no where anytime soon so she has to just get on with it,yes be super careful but live your life,her 3 yr old plays with adults all day,he's doesn't have any little playschool friends,send him to school 2/3 days a week,let the kid be a kid,let her sister take him for a day without having to quarantine for 2 weeks before doing it,can't keep him locked up for another 2 years or he's going to end up with the same issues she has because she was super restricted when she was a kid.
