Did anyone see the breakfast bowl she made for her wee daughter the other morning? I’m pretty sure you can add all the chia seeds and Greek yogurt you want but as soon as you add maple syrup all that goodness becomes pretty redundant.
One of my friends is a dietician and when her kids were younger they were given just normal breakfasts (albeit balanced ones) ie porridge, toast, eggs, fruit etc because in her words as long as they are eating an otherwise balanced diet some of that tit is completely unnecessary. Similar to an adult taking loads of multivitamins, your body only has a set requirement. She obviously only does things like to be the complete pretentious twit she is.
