I’m no health freak, but all her teas on her meal plan are always so carby and cheesey! I honestly don’t think she has a clue about eating a healthy balanced diet.
I've got acid reflux just looking at that mammoth breakfast. What's wrong with a slice of toast or a bowl of cornflakes?

Thing is, if it was a one off treat for pancake day it would be acceptable…but she eats extravagant syrup covered breakfasts like that all the time, so piggy!
