Nasal irrigation, it's done to clear the babies blocked nose so she can breath easier.
Howling that she’s getting around this “no spend” stuff by just making everyone else pay for stuff or justifying it as Lily needed it 
Don't like commenting on things like this normally as my eating habits are not perfect and i can certainly be a greedy witch lol but she has said she is going to prioritise her health this year and going to up her steps. I'm sorry but she'd have to do a million steps a day just to have a chance at wiping out the foods she eats. Her eating habits are shocking and she is clearly obsessed with food so I think she has to take a look at that instead if shes prioritising her health.
It's nice she's taking the time to cook her baby different foods but that wee girls meals are so extra its ridiculous!!! And you know the majority of it ends up squished in her hands or on the floor. That wee girl is going to end up with the same issues as her mum sadly and her life will revolve around food

At this point she needs to come off stories and stop documenting their every tediously boring waking moment. She’s making herself look ridiculous with the constant over sharing and then putting a pic up of the baby with her face obscured by a bag emoji. God knows what todays tit show is about greeting again because her baby dares to do what babies do best a lot of the time and cried
She says she doesn’t want to moan as she knows she has it good but honestly, every week she bleeping moans. She seems to get a lot of “me” time but acts like she doesn’t, yet once a week she’ll post a story about how her parents have got the kid or Richard’s done this or that so she can have some “me” time. Did she think having a baby would be easy? Because she moans about the most basic things, a baby not sleeping, a baby crying.
This is so true…I admire the effort she goes to but it seems so extreme! I’m due a baby soon and when it comes to weaning, I will not feel bad serving up some ready brek or puree sachets, and not be mushing up avocados and scrambling eggs at 7am every morning
No honestly do not feel that way. All the supermarkets do their own version of baby ready meals.. they are a life saver and you shouldn't feel bad if not cooking everything from scratch. I’m not one for commenting on anyone’s appearance or that because I’m not a size 4 supermodel but i 10000% would not recognise her if I walked past her
She has nothing else to document except food. What she eats. What food she has bought.. now it’s what the baby is eating.. she feeds that baby as if it’s a toddler..! Will be size of a house before it’s old enough for school. She needs to do some exercise and get a hobby, or better still, go back to work!
I actually wonder if all the over use of Insta is her trying to go full on hun and avoid going back to work
I'm shocked at the stuff she feeds that little girl, she's only 7 months old. Mine were only having mashed banana and rusks at that age
