I used to make baked oats for breakfasts when on SW before realising there were far too many sweeteners in them for my body, but I used to have about a fifth of what they seem to make. There’s no way that one portion of baked oats (40g of oats, a pot of yoghurt and an egg would make even close to that amount of ‘profiteroles’ or ‘fingers’

The bit that got me about that was the ‘correct me if I’m wrong’ with regards to syns for frazzles. Clearly not actually paying online or to go to group then if they have no access to syn values?!
They've definitely been reading on here. That weird video they posted of key board warriors honestly hurt my head because I was cringing so much.

Its not a SW meal, those wedges should be a salad to get their 1/3 speed in. These people that promote meal like this just don't get the plan and then their say, oh I'm having fruit after or there is load of veg in the meat. The point of a 1/3 speed is to fill up your plate so you eat less. Its not about eating more after to get the speed in, you're just adding calories for no reason then and might as well not bothered.

If anyone questions their lack of veg, portion size, whipped cream on everything etc as not being Slimming World they say that SW rules are ‘just a suggestion’ - No, No they’re not.

I think the only Slimming World ‘suggestion’ they’re actually following is the one that says never allow yourself to get hungry, and that’s the one that’s wrong in my opinion.

Don't know if anyone is still watching this page. But they're back. Just started posting yesterday again like nothing happened. No explanation about where they've been and why they abruptly stopped posting for 5 years.

Encouraging other people with overeating disorders to carry on as they are. I don’t care what they cook or eat, or even what they serve it in, just don’t call it Slimming World. They don’t even have an online membership, they just make it up to suit themsleves and buy certificates from ebay.

Today’s lunch. I don’t do Slimming World, I’m a dyed in the wool WW girl and I reckon this lunch is 23/24 SmartPoints (each!). That’s a whole day’s eating on one plate! Gluttony.

Even if 40g of oats made 6 cakes, you don't have to eat 6 cakes. It's just pure greed.
