No doubt she’s going on and on about new “traditions” she’s making and how special she is for having different traditions. Sorry Chupi, the only thing notably unique about you this year is the flaunting of your new mansion while you dole out redundancies. There aren’t too many small business owners like you it’s true (thankfully).
What’s the craic with the redundancies? Who is going- shop staff or others?
From the glass door reviews it seems like head office staff and most are not complimentary in general - her personal insta with the mansion and birkin are a slap in the face to those people.

The mother sold her house so I’m imagining the downpayment would have been significant. I’d say C and B have the mortgage and the mum paid her part in cash. The independent have the top 10 house sales of the year up on their site and the ones in Howth look nothing like her interior pictures so maybe it’s not as expensive as we are all assuming?
So the old house was bought for €750k in 2019 and sold for €960k in June 2021... Considering the "renovations" and having to pay tax on that gain because she only lived there 2 years... what was she thinking? Obv money to burn or no common sense whatsoever.
As far as i know once you live in the house and it is your principal private residence there is no CGT on the gain even if you only lived there 2 years. Once its your PPR there is no time limit.
Anyone know what her mam is posting about coillte? I don’t understand how she is so personally affected by pesticides unless she’s rolling about the forests

Better explanation of it here! Apparently the trees are sprayed with poisonious pesticides and she cut herself on one years ago and has had skin problems sincerely

If someone knows more business-wise they can correct me but surely she must A - be able to leverage this amount with a loan or profit to find this and B - it doesn't seem like a huge amount to grow how they want to? She also keeping banging out that bank loan story which grinds my gears
