Such a shame that she's retiring the heart ring. It's actually one of the only things in her collection that I actually liked!
I got one of those free “gifts” in their Black Friday gimmicks about 2 years back - some plated ring. Found it in an old handbag and it’s gone totally orange, tarnished and awful. Surely that’s not right???
She does have notions for her brand doesnt she thinking that items will become collectors pieces.

It is a necklace which I got as a birthday present in December 2019 and which even though I was not wearing it daily had to be sent for repair before Covid hit...i think it was very early March 2020 so less than 3 months later. I take very good care of my jewellery and had only worn it on a handful of occasions. Collectors piece...i think not.

Same happened to me, and they were going to take it back to look at it and see if it was or wasn’t my fault, if it was my fault it broke I had to pay 50€ plus postage. Screw that, dropped it into a local jeweller for €20
I purchased a Chupi piece. In the region of €850. The item was overpriced for what it was and the truth of it-this jewellery is just too trendy to be an heirloom. It’s fashion jewellery using fine materials. It’s problematic especially with newer brands doing the same materials for literally a third of the price. She needs to tone down the marketing budget, reduce the workforce and put money into the original designs and then try to confer some value for money back to her customers.
Why would she though. The current model is clearly raking in a bomb!

That bag her child is holding is 398euro. I have no problem with people spending their money on whatever they want but it’s distasteful to share these things with the cost of living crisis here in Ireland at the moment. People are choosing between eating or heating
The kid would be just as happy with a Dora or Peppa backpack from Tesco.
