That Asda advert is annoying & that person cannot sing 🤣
People wrongly use The Grinch, because he doesn't hate Christmas nor does he want to shop; the whole point is he realises spending time with each other is the most important thing...

“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so?
It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store.

What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”

I actually follow an other forum on an Irish forum called Boards and it is called Christmas Eve traditions. Most of the users are on the forum since 2009 and its all anonymous bit like tattle. It's a lovely forum to read and up date your Christmas Eve traditions as the years go by and time changes with kids getting older, no Santa etc. Every Dec 01 I sit down to read it and reminisce over my old posts and how each year since the kids have got older how our Christmas eve has changed 😔

Oh I'm open to anyone having any theme they like. Food theme baubles in the kitchen, or just because you like them.
Novelty for children's rooms, or anywhere. I'm all for it 😏🤣
I just mean he's portrayed as hating Christmas, which he does initially, but then comes to that realisation.

I don’t mind anyone having it, but I just don’t like it and don’t understand it. How people can turn their whole Christmas into ‘The Grinch’. IMO it’s just not Christmassy, it’s just blaaaaaa. Not so much shabby chic, but shabby rit. Also candy canes, Chavvy Chic. Lollipops sticking out your Christmas tree? Stop 🛑

Great list. Love Cary Grant, so many to chose from.
One of my favourite films is Sabrina Fair with Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart

I saw this come up in my recommendation this morning. I managed to watch the first 10 mins, but I'll watch later. For anyone interested, it's a fun little documentary programme from Channel 4 regarding Xmas chocolate rivalries.

In my festive feels this weekend - a lot.

Didn't end up with the cream on top either but the cost of this would have been £6.95. Sweet baby Jesus and all the angels 😱
