I've realised that on Sunday it will only be 3 weeks to Christmas and now I think I need to lie down. I do this every year, spend Nov telling myself Christmas is ages away and then have a panic once December starts!

I don't normally go so early but I have a mad couple of weeks coming up so thought I'd do it today when I had the time and could enjoy it.
There have been loads of trees and decorations gone up in my area over the last couple of days. I think everyone is fed up and wants some sparkle and joy.
Need to get my a in gear for present shopping though.
I finished my present shopping today and my tree is up

I haven't got anything sorted! Need to get all presents except my LOs, need to think of things that relatives can get LO, need to buy LO a stocking, need to get a Christmas tree, need to write and send cards (might do that tonight). Arrrrgh.
We do have four advent calendars though... between two adults and one baby XD
we had snow here (west yorks) today!! 0 or -1 so bitterly cold all day, pic taken around midday

We've woken up to snow and it's turned into a beautiful sunny day so it's sparkling.
Mynes been up for 2 weeks, last night it hit me like " trees been up ages and the advent calanders haven't started yet"
I got a look fantastic beauty advent calendar 
. (Husband did trick me first by giving me a poundland one and then bringing it out later 
).
I promise not to make an entry about him today on the rant thread.

Ha, yes I've got a lindt advent calendar this year, it's lovely having nice chocolate from an advent calendar.

What's been cheering me up this year is watching a You Tuber vlogging her day and it is so the opposite of the usual family type vlogs.
No calm, quiet house but shouting at her children that she's doing her channel. No grooming sessions but apologies for her hair and looking a sight. Trying to do You Tuber type things with her children but her children find her stash and raid it - especially selection boxes.
Tripping up over things her children have left lying around and then swearing and apologising for her language but she's keeping it real.
She really makes me laugh unlike the usual vlogger
