It was photoshop but she lied and said she’d had numerous surgeries so I guess that’s what they were pissed off about but I’m sure a caution would have sufficed. Seems she’s out now though.

No idea who her surgeon is now but her first nose surgery was on Harley Street but the results were "too conservative and minimal" she then went to the Ukraine and she was left unable to breathe or smell. That was ages ago, I imagine she's 10 surgeries later now. Do we think she has body dysmorphia?
