Had friend and her kids over for lunch and they just left.

the baby had a MASSIVE poo. All down his leg, on my leg, on my hands, on the couch, on the throw of the couch 
On my 4th wash load of the day thanks to that. The baby is driving me round the bend. He managed to unplug Alexa and hid her hanging out of my make up drawer. He also figured out he can turn the dial on the washing machine so twice today he has changed the time and the wash load on my washes
I'm just having a brew to have a breather, while he destroys the livingroom

My neck is buggered from falling asleep sat up on the sofa.
My colleague is quitting soon and I was very brave (by my standards) and invited her to socialise rather than just saying 'we should keep in touch' and then never speaking to her again.

Had my gynae appointment, it went really well. She just 'gets me' anyway I'm staying on my HRT meds as is for now and adding in testosterone
