Hiya!! Just been for a walk round the village with the baby. He’s ditched the pram, hates the thing, so he had his little Thomas backpack on with the reins on, and he was galloping along. Literally a gallop child can’t walk seriously

Just dropped the baby off, he was completely fine. They were having garden time and I went ‘go and play in the garden with the boys and girls’ and he went ‘ok mummy’ and ran to join the queue and didn’t look back 🥲 so cute hope he has a good day.

I’m in Primark at the mo wanted some sunglasses cos it’s well sunny! Luckily cos my fella is losing his job anyway he’s just turned round and said I’m having the day off today so I can take the baby to nursery, so he’s with me to keep me company 
he starts his new job next week and it’s longer days so it’s nice to get some time in with him!

Hello all!
Been writing at the library everyday for over a week.
Wanted to pop by to catch up with what everyone is up to. I stress baked a blueberry yogurt cake today. No sugar, no flour. It just came out of the oven and is smelling delicious. Hope everyone is doing well. I am a little anxious so am going to be quiet a little while but I’m around.

@ordinaryjelly thank you for your lovely post. You have a way with words... they bring a lot of comfort to me. This thread is full of wonderful people and I know I can post whether it's good or bad but I guess the irrational part of my brain convinced me that I was being an annoying pain! I became very aware I was constantly posting about my ex and nearly a year later I'm still not ok. In all honesty, I feel embarassed about it, I wish I could just let go of him. Thank you once again.
because later today i'm going shopping for plants & garden stuff, and tomorrow is road trip day to look for my friend's wedding dress

Hope everyone is okay, it's been a bit quieter on here today!
I'm finding the day is going soooo slow
I can't wait to get home! I've got a big assignment coming up for uni so I need to start thinking about that. Just 2 more to go until the year is done 
Gonna finish work, go home and walk the dog, have a nice hot bath then settle down in front of my laptop for a few hours and hopefully make some progress. Mr Wilma is working late (shocker!!) so at least my assignment will keep me distracted

Mr peaches has a really bad track record for making any effort on Mother’s Day so I’m not holding my breath. I’ll give you a quick overview from what I can recall, I’m sure there’s more but this is what i remember:
one year I was hungover cos I’d been out the night before, he flung a card at me and said he was going to his mums at about 8am leaving me all day with little peaches who was a baby at the time
another year he didn’t say shit in the morning, when I left to go my mums I said ‘hope you’ve made more effort for your own mum’ by the time I got home there was a card and flowers
last year he didn’t even bother getting up was too busy in my bed with his mum i actually cried! When I got home that night there was a card and presents but I was over it by then!

I said to Mr Fudge the other day, is it your mums birthday soon?? He never replied and today he said it was my mums birthday yesterday!! FFS so I’ve knocked up these cupcakes for her he can give to her tomorrow! Next year I’m writing all of his families birthdays in my diary because I can’t rely on him!

Gosh I’m exhausted although I have had such a nice day. When little peaches was at football this morning I went on the sunbed and when he got back and his dad popped to his mums me and little peaches went to the park but the better park then the one next to us. Me and little peaches used to spend a lot of time together doing stuff on Saturday mornings and then since covid and then just life we haven’t and I feel like we never spend time together cos I’m always working and he’s so obsessed with games and shitty YouTube I’ve been finding it hard to interact with him about anything else which sounds weird cos I’m his mum but also I feel like he likes his dad way more then me cos his dad is around to play and do fun stuff more then me so I’ve decided that on a Saturday morning after football we’ll go off out somewhere just the two of us. We had loads of fun and were out for hours even if he did moan that I made him walk for ages! I’ve done 17k steps so his little legs must be knackered I reckon I’ll be asleep on the sofa by 9!

Being in hospital, of course, it is sub tropical in here with the heating on Hot at all times. Apparently they switch it off on 6th April. 
Morning all. For once I have a busy day.
Some meeting on the computer at 11am, it is booked for an hour, I tend to fall asleep every 15 minutes for a 5 minute power nap so this will be interesting. Then after lunch I have physio and while the head physio has been away I have achieved one of my mini goals, to sit unaided for 10 seconds on the edge of the plinth. I can't wait to show him!
After that I am baking a cake, nothing fancy just a Victoria Sponge. But I'm really looking forward to it.
Then I am supposed to have OT but we will see if I am still awake.
Have a lovely day all. It is beautiful blue skies and sunny here. But it is only 2c.

Morning guys. I feel rotten again. Literally the minute i finished work yesterday, don't know if i was just masking it or what but god the amount of gunk coming out my nose is unreal. Sorry for the early morning disgusting thoughts
