Hey friends
The babe has been unsettled today he’s got a bit of a sniffle soo I got some newborn nose thing and he sneezed out the biggest snot rocket I’ve ever seen HOW that came out of a 9 day old I have no idea.


He cried. I cried coz my nunny is painful still but everyone forgets about the woman once the cute baby comes🙂😖. I’m off for as nap asap FML hope everyone’s in a better mood than me x

I'm going out for the rugby/my friend's birthday tomorrow and honestly, I think I'm more excited about my "getting ready" Spotify playlist, Corona and makeup application 😆 I love having a bop around my room getting ready. I'm crap at makeup though, think I'm doing the same technique/style since 2011 👀

So I had tickets to an event I couldn't go to and offered to give them to someone I worked with ( didn't ask to be paid) after lots of back and forth and insisting I didn't need payment the other party sent me an amount anyway.

I'm feeling very awkward after this interaction how can I stop feeling so weird aboutit😂😂

@Alzzzf did they send it to your bank? Just say nothing and carry on with your life 😂 I know what you mean though it’s awkward things like that.

@Rxt156 hope you’re okay. The earliest days are the hardest. It does feel like everybody’s forgotten about you but make sure you tell people how you feel. They probs doesn’t even realise they’re doing it. Everybody just loves babies and it’s like HELLO. WHAT ABOUT ME. THE ONE WHO BIRTHED THE BABY. Hope you managed to get a nap you’ll feel miles better after a sleep ❤

After almost 6 years of being a parent I have finally invested in a decent thermometer instead of being like ‘tit he feels a bit hot do you think he’s hot’ and I feel like such a proper mum now and a bit like a dr haha

Dropping by before we move on to a new thread, I'm too tired to catch up so excuse me if I've missed something and haven't checked in with anyone going through something 😭

Went to work yesterday but my boss sent me home in the afternoon. I was fighting myself not to fall asleep as the desk. It was such a kind thing to do, she doesn't need to look out for me at all but this kind of stuff makes one feel human, I really appreciatedit because I was embarrassed to ask for another sick day, having had Wednesday off.

Anyway, I've been home since yesterday afternoon, the most I've done is taking a shower and feeding myself. I am so incredibly lethargic but apart from a slight fever and sneezing here and there, my throat etc are fine, so I don't know what's going on. I was told to stay home today as well and slept through most of the day. It felt great.

I'm feeling slightly better tonight, I'll finish my ginger tea and hopefully I'll be able to go to bed at a reasonable hour. Looking forward to the pup @WilmaHun and the new clothes look beautiful @strawb <3 Sending all the witches a hug, I hope everyone is having a nice friday evening xx

Evening all, had quite a nice day today despite the pouring down rain ☔ did a food shop then went to Home Bargains with my mum for a mooch round and got a nice fresh smelling candle and some treats for the weekend. Then I treated my mum & I to a Costa hot cross bun latte (really nice) and a slice of their chocolate & orange Easter cake(delicious). Now I'm just relaxing and having a tattle.

hes okay! He cried in his crate so much though 😞 we have put a bed down and he seems okay in that at the moment but we’re gonna try crate him again tomorrow. It’s hard when they cry!
