I don't think anyone's said The Tomorrow People, Galaxy High, Rude dog and the Dweebes, Ovide.
Fraggle rock was always a fave.

I often forget what I've walked into the kitchen for but I could still sing every word to Maid Marion, Bucky O'Hare, Round the twist, Saved by the bell, Sweet Valley, California dreams, Care bears, Raggy Dolls, Gummy bears....
Maid Marian is on Britbox, my 15 year old questioned my sanity when she caught me watching it 😂

Cant believe I forgot Jem and the holograms. I had some of the dolls that came with the cassette and they all had the jem theme and a different song, then the other side of the tape was instrumental.

Not childrens tv but Saturday lunchtimes on itv with The Chart Show followed by The Sullivans and The Munsters.

Late 80s kid here. Did anyone else at school watch Badger Girl and Through the Dragon’s Eye? This would’ve been early 90s.

What sort of stuff do kids watch these days? I'm totally out of the loop there.
My youngest is still in primary school and the stuff she watches is quite good, she loves this show called apple and onion with Richard Ayoade from the IT crowd. Thankfully we're past the phase of opening toys on YouTube.

By the way I can guess the ages of you all from the shows you watch.

Probably have already been mentioned but my favs when I was little were: Brum, Rosie & Jim, Tots TV, Pokemon, Bodger & Badger, Come Outside, Get Your Own Back, 50/50 (I wish they’d bring these kids game shows back or at least make the old ones available to watch), there was also a game show hosted by the Chuckle Brothers, I think it might have been called ‘To Me, To You”, Jungle Run, Raven, The Queens Nose, Ubos, Bernards Watch, Tracy Beaker, Dick & Dom in da Bungalow. Ahh to be young again.

I don't think that was a magic changing room he visited-I think it was a drug den. That shopkeeper wore a Fez, so maybe was North African or Turkish and giving Benn really strong hashish!
It kept him happy for half an hour anyway 🥴😂

Grew up with 90s Nickelodeon and fear not, today's kids will survive whatever garbage they're watching if we have survived Ren&Stimpy and Rocco's Modern Life.

I was also a big fan of Recess but none of my friends remember watching it. My main thing was Sailor Moon though 😬 Would still rewatch the whole thing gladly, absolute fave.

As a kid, bedtime for me was always signalled by Max and Ruby, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, and then Little Bear on immediately afterwards. I had to watch all of those cartoons before I’d go to bed.

When I was very young, I loved Bear in the Big Blue House (the goodbye song still makes me cry), Come Outside, Kipper, Rosie and Jim, Brum.

I got a little bit older (I’d say 7ish?) and they started showing the old cartoons on Noggin/Nick Jr bedtime - King Rollo, Mr Benn, Rainbow, Bod, Button Moon, Trumpton. I liked them all except Bod who was a bit creepy and Trumpton which was dull. There was another one - camberwick green? Omg, zzz. Soz to any camberwick green lovers.
