oo interesting, she's met up with thesortingkat while in london (a fairly big HP creator) i didnt even know they were friends... looks like cherry is trying to weasel her way into that group / community so she can push her new (what we all assume to be ) subscription box... very shallow... very interesting

If she has and she goes with Rachel as her plus one and leaves the boy at home that’s a bit odd imo! We shall see!
She went to a concert so no studio tour thing for her. They must have dropped her mustn't they?
It’s weird isn’t it! I know they seem to change around the influencers they ask to these things to widen their pr, but you’d think someone they got to do the back to hogwarts event on the 1st Sept a couple of years back, and the interview with Tom Felton at the Greenhouse launch at the tour, and the one whose prob got the most HP core group of fans on her YouTube subscribers to be invited to things like this still? So what has gone on, has she started to decline invites as she wants to steer away from it all, or have they dropped her because of something they don’t like she’s said etc? The plot thickens!

I definitely dont think its her choice, ive given a few different reasons on here in the past so ill give headlines so you can go back and look if you so wish:
1: the only person she seemed good friends with in the potter community (a few others seemed like her friends because they're just those sorts of nice people from what I've gathered) was Chanel Williams who had a BIG falling out with WB which went legal (copyright over her impressions etc)
2: she hasnt really been a HP channel for a loooong time now, other than a couple of videos the only HP content has been HP related unboxings (which she also fell out with a few of those organisers)
To surmise WB do generally stick to the same core creators that they invite but, those creators are 1, JUST HP creators (alongside irl jobs) and 2, arent at all as problematic as Cherry not only gives the vibes of but also has shown herself to be

My first thought was she has bought a house or a studio?
My first thought was keys to an office/storage space for the subscription boxes, or I have a left field guess that she’s bought a space to make into a magical themed shop/ café but that sounds too much like hard work for her!
Why is she so cloak and dagger with stuff. Just say what you've done and go. Needing DMs from teenagers curious about what you've done is pathetic.

She’s created various companies found here on company house website over the years, maybe the key is to this office but this definitely sounds like the boxes to be sold in other shops rather than her own shop?!

yeah i don't know why she would need an office given she has a whole room/ studio dedicated to that, maybe a warehouse / storage unit for all the stock for the subscription boxes? I highly doubt she'll be getting her hands dirty doing some real work actually putting them together so maybe a space for that/others to do it but at the same time like... there cant be that many/ that much of a demand for them so cant think it would be an assembly space. Had they not just made the garage a gym she probably would've done it out of that which would i imagine have made much more financial sense by getting a gym membership rather than renting a studio.
Also I feel like the boxes have a good chance of flopping, she's thought 'oh these do well in America, I can do that', but it seems like she hasn't factored in that most of her viewership is probably American, and of that viewership only a small % will get sub boxes, and of that number an even smaller amount will be willing to pay for shipping from the UK with import fees etc. I cant imagine enough people in the UK will make it financially viable/ worth her time. And I doubt she'll be able to handle the negative reviews/comments when some of the items are naff or there are issues with shipping (particularly international) etc. Fair play for giving it a go but feels like theres alot she hasn't considered ( I say fair play, its just her stealing someone else's idea again isn't it ?).
RE: it being a shop, I cant see that because what demand is there for that kind of thing in her location? The one in Edinburgh? Ideal, lots of HP pilgrims because of JK and all the related locations inc the inspiration for diagon alley. The one in York? lots of witchy history etc

Those keys are Asec brand a mortise key, I’d say if that’s the only keys to a premises, I mean no Yale type, then my guess would be a storage unit like you say. Most shop doors have a Yale type and a mortice type, I can’t see her wanting to put much actual effort in to whatever this is either but I thought the Scottish shop would be doing all the work just with her name attached bu maybe not. We will have to wait and see.
