This is very true. Had a brief stint as a travel writer when I was younger and I genuinely found it difficult to review a place knowing that you were purposely shown the best side of everything and weren't paying out of pocket for anything. I think only when you've paid for something with your own hard earned cash can you honestly say that something is worth it or not!
Her reviews of places are atrocious anyway unless she's paying for them. She was invited to Winterval in Waterford and barely did any stories, very little about the hotel she stayed in too.

On WAI front page, there should be a suggestion box where you can type in an instagrammer's name and they will add their profile to WAI. I've done it a few times before and the accounts I suggest have always been added to WAI in less than 24hours.

Why is she telling people to leave their other half’s/husbands… great thing to be spread on a Christmas morning. She seems like a bitter person, it’s not her place to say stuff like that.
I love the fact that I've bought and wrapped 99% of what my kids get. Doesn't mean their father is a bad dad and I should leave him. Should he leave me coz I don't pay the same amount of the bills as he does? I doubt there's any relationship where everything is split 50/50. Whatever works for your family imo.
