Why is she telling people to leave their other half’s/husbands… great thing to be spread on a Christmas morning. She seems like a bitter person, it’s not her place to say stuff like that.

What a lovely Christmas message. I did all of the Christmas shopping in our home but my husband works 18 hour days so should I leave him or is that an exception?
He’s also spent the last two hours putting together a Christmas present and is now currently playing with his children because he gets to see them so rarely. What a curveball. What should I do?

I think you know the answer, ignore how much he's been there any other time of year and the fact he's basically working himself into an early grave. Start talking to your solicitor.

I was raised in a family like that and I can say I loved having my dad there playing with us on Christmas morning even tho he was incredibly tired. Those memories are the best! She hasn’t a clue. Shes bitter towards everyone.

Im getting a feeling of her trying to cause a bit of controversy on all her platforms which will probably benefit her, hope it doesn’t tho. Think her days of being anyway popular are done with to be honest. Smell of desperation off all her posts lately.

She sounds so bitter today. Disappointed in her tbh.My husband works from 6 am till 8 pm , 6 days a week . Has no idea about technology or shopping online. Used to panic shop in boots on Xmas Eve and buy me the biggest baylis and harding set he could find (I'm allergic to it ) So I now buy what I want ,he gives me money and I get gorgeous goodies that I actually use and love. The man works himself to the bone to support us all year round I've no intention of divorcing him just because he is crap at buying gifts !

She really needs to let go of her past. To be harbouring so much hatred towards men after all these years is disturbing. She goes on about how well she did on her own & wouldn’t have it any other way but on the other hand will put men down at any given opportunity & it’s so obvious she wishes she had what a lot of us have. If that’s all the has to think about on Christmas Day of all days then she’s a very sad bitter woman. I’ve defended both sisters a number of times on this thread but that’s just angered me today.
I wonder how much of the Christmas shopping her sisters husband does? Nothing is my guess & there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, her sister starts shopping for Christmas even before the previous one is over, it’s what she does, she enjoys it but I have never heard mention of her husband doing the Christmas shopping, like mine, he works hard & travels a lot. Is she going to tell her own sister to get a divorce too?

She really picks her days ! It’s hardy time for a separation/divorce if the man doesn’t help with the present buying, perhaps he had the kids the day the shopping was done or like most men hates shopping and wouldn’t look for offers or discounts and just pay full wack !

As for the sister forcing her wants on the kids. They cant be like other kids, no, they have to have a favourite grocer in ballygobackward towns. And they don’t fight over toys, no they’re happy with a fossil and a cardboard tube. So disingenuous. Like when she bought every reduced item of clothes on the Dunnes website and let on it was for womens shelters. The poor daughters are wearing them since.

I thought this too! And doesn't he work away a lot from home? My husband works away monday to Friday and I buy all the presents here and for his family, never mind it at all, he's too busy providing for us and missing out on us during the week. Her rant made me want to give her a good shake.

She’s a odd one alright, definitely hates men which is awful because like everything there’s bad and good in all people of all genders !
