She needs a lung function test … I know that much. Her breathing is terrible at times. The vaping and smoking weed is hammering her lungs. Wouldn’t surprise me if she is early stage COPD.

I heard it via Black Pope who knows the boys and Ex. As its the older boy i think there is very little chance of her ever meeting the child anyway.
Do her boys have different fathers? One a Pakistani and one mixed race. She always makes it seem that they’re both to the mixed race guy though.

This could be linked to her poor breathing/lung issues. It doesn't really explain all the annoying performative noises she makes though.
