Maybe she bought it herself, it’s a available to purchase at a chain of health food stores in the U.K..
Fair enough, maybe I missed it but I don't think I remember her ever posting about collagen before to specifically mention she's trying a new one. I would have also thought that if she hadn't tried it before she would wait to see if she liked it before posting a photo too?

I think you’re right in that she’s not posted anything collagen related, I’ve hardly seen anything skin care related from her aside from that naff LED mask (did it even work given how much she spent on it). Agree she should try first before mentioning a product but let’s face it, Amie’s got zero content so anything’s worth posting if only to gain a few likes etc. I mean - she took a photo of her handbag at the Costco car park ........

Someone said that Amie had lived in different countries while growing up so less travel now for her. However - doesn’t she want to spend time with Dan and make wonderful memories of places they’ve visited together? It’s sad that he loses out just because she’s been there, done that.
I moved and lived in three different countries, and one where I had to learn a completely new language when I was young so I can understand why Amie doesn't want to travel. When you are at the whim of your parents and constantly move around it is destabilising, as you just settled somewhere and made friends and then you were forced to move again. She might have past trauma from moving around constantly, and it can explains why she buys so many expensive things because she needs physical objects to hold onto.

Travel is an experience that constantly test your comfort zone and challenges your beliefs and examine your actions. While she is entrepreneurial and seems to be quite hardworking, I don't think she is the type of person who is open to new experiences. Dan is probably not that adventurous either and I think they prefer to work on their businesses than doing anything else.

Travel doesn't have to be adventurous (TBH travelling to say South of France or Switzerland or anywhere in Western Europe isn't that adventurous if you're from the UK). Heck even Australia or New Zealand or Canada isn't that different or a culture shock if you're from the UK. I know a lot of British expats in these countries and they got along fine without culture shock. Nobody is pinning for home or UK. I'm not talking about going to Thailand or Bhutan anything.

I don't even live to any where close but I take weekend trips away to nearby cities and parks here in North America, which is very beautiful. It helps me unwind and I love being outdoors. I don't like long distance flights or jet lag.

I'm not judging by how Amie lives or spends her money. That's her business. But I don't think her lifestyle is comfortable or sustainable in the long term. Most youtube gurus leave the industry after a while - this goes for more successful you tubers than Amie. Amie's get rich quick schemes grate on me for some reason - she's selling the idea that it's easy to make money without a hard day's labour and that it's normal for 30 year olds to have 100+ luxury handbags.

Agreed- and especially considering she's portraying a lifestyle she clearly can't afford given how much she scrimps on every other aspect of her life

I've trawled through this thread and haven't seen anything about it but recently I saw her put an instagram story up of her laptop screen and one of her bookmarks was 'Beachbody' is she an MLM business owner too?

Go figure, another hits and misses. What a snooze fest

And another branded tote why?
The TF tote is nothing to look at, she only bought it because it says TF and everyone knows his stuff ain’t cheap. But Amie - if you want to operate in that league to show people you’re wealthy then you need to buy his RTW and not bags or belts. No one buys TF for the accessories.
No surprises either that she’s not totally happy with the LV black neverfull. You don’t have to be clever to work out that it’s heavier than the canvas version but Amie doesn’t think. She just buys and regrets later. Predictions for her next bag sale:
LV black tote
LV back pack
Chanel deauville tote
White Chanel flap bag
Mulberry Alexa
Dark blue Chanel mini (gift from brother but Amie doesn’t give a tit, she’s previously sold bags that were gifted from Dan)

Anyone want to add to this?

The bottega venega bag that looks like a ravioli? I don't know the same of it. And the Prada nylon bag.

Ok, this could be slightly unrelated, but is it me or is it just absolutely insane that the Prada nylon bag is like over $1000 (AUD)?

Yes!!! I don't get it.

I have some lesportsac nylon bags and they are great some of them are still pricey for what they are but they last so well and you can wash them. The most I ever paid was like 100 bucks for a tote that I've been using for 10 years now.

There is no way in hell I'd pay 1k for a prada nylon bag

Lol, I thought the same way about the Longchamp bag and it is like $150 here in Australia.

I never bought any designer bags and I watch luxury youtubers for purely escapism. Even then the things they recommend are so repetitive that I am not seeing anything new or interesting.

Is her mum Korean? I remember her saying in an old video that she's half Malaysian, half English.

I'm pretty sure she's half Korean.

When I found my first job that paid a decent amount of money, I watched a lot of you tubers like Amie and Elle Florence. I bought a few Coach, Michael Kors and Rebecca Minkoffs. They're decent quality for the price and I can wear them to work and it doesn't scream luxury but is professional. I also carry them shopping and it doesn't attract attention. I wear them to go out and it's good for date nights with my husband in my city (TBH if I wore Chanel, it would look weird here). If I had money, I wouldn't mind splurging on luxury bags but I wouldn't go over 5-6 bags myself (unless I win the lottery or the stocks I buy earns millions hahaha). I figure you only live once and if luxury bags were totally your thing then go ahead.

Black floral (?!) dress, same nude patent louboutins that make her look like she’s walking on stilts that she wears all the time regardless of if they suit the outfit and a cream ysl clutch - unfashionable, frumpy and clashing wearing designer just to wear it. For a slim girl she doesn’t have a clue how to dress herself. Very unflattering

also yes her living room is nice enough but more for making interior/home content - wouldn’t her dressing room or a plain or more creative background be better? Why do we want to see her tv and those pointless dust collectors cluttering up the shelves?

Amie’s styling is an epic failure. Same style of dresses which are boring and frumpy, not to mention their pairing with heels when flat sandals would be more appropriate and so much more charming. It’s as if she’s going for formal drinks in a meadow ... which is a pretty stupid idea. She tried to be different with the black dress with cut outs but oh man, if the view from behind makes you look like you’re just wearing a bra with a long skirt then no thanks! The raffia clutch couldn’t be uglier if she tried, it’s just a means to tell everyone she can afford Fendi. She’s bought similar summer type bags (though not clutches) before and got rid of them, so I give this 3 months tops. She also doesn’t seem to dress appropriately for her body shape. She can’t take short dresses, I cant quite describe it but she’s got the cankle effect at the knees, I’m not body shaming her but it’s about knowing your best features and dressing accordingly. I can’t help but notice that Tess Montgomery (a U.K. blogger) has racked up another 1k of IG followers in a week (and another 1k in the last 3 days - I just checked) while Amie’s count hasn’t shifted from her last giveaway in Jan. As they say, there are influencers and there are INFLUENCERS (who are more of the real deal).....

I'm not sure about London UK weather but where I am now, it is too cold to be wearing the dresses Amie is hawkiing. OK if you lived in New Zealand, Australia (especially the Northern parts) and Southern USA.

Amie doesn't just have a handbag problem. She also has a clothes and shoe problem. She buys so much of the same shoes, and clothes in similar silhouettes, fabrics, styles. Where does she even have room to put everything? She really needs to adopt some sort of capsule wardrobe with capsule handbag collection. It's pathetic that she has 1 room in her house devoted to her fashion and it's still not enough space.

I know what you mean about the cankle effect knees, nothing wrong with it but you’d think she would want to dress to flatter her figure seeing as she’s a fashion influencer and not look like she’s stuck in the past and/or someone in her 50s . something like high waisted trousers or flares would look good on her but she just wears the same awkward length midi dresses that cut off her legs at a weird angle or otherwise wears painted on skinny jeans with over knee boots that look plain awful
