I started following her just after her husband left her, as BM shared her profile. Had no idea what a struggle she was having.

I know! How does she have that much AL!? And who looks after her son? She’s said before that his dad has sporadic contact with him and her mums in Spain.

The nhs give you 18 weeks parental leave 4 of which is paid until your child is 14 and she can take time unpaid too and will have 5 weeks holiday working that into the shifts she can probably be away for a fortnight and only use 4 days annual leave.

Exactly that!! Why go at all! I thought she was doing quite well (sometimes) but lost all confidence in her when I saw her post the McDonald's. I guarantee it won't be her last either.

I don’t think having one McDonald’s is that big a deal. If I’m on a diet I have a treat every now and again When i feel like one. If she was buying one after another constant then I could see the point

Not just that either, it seems she’s drank a lot in the past few days.

She said she hasn’t had a drink in months yet it was March she maintained after a wine session I can’t believe she’s a nurse and in different houses on the daily. Even having 6 workmen in to fit her hot tub.. hardly essential!

Does anyone know what kind of ward she works in or is it community etc?

Shes come back because she's bored isolating with covid. Now she's LEFT THE HOUSE to go for a walk. She has covid, she's a nurse. She knows the rules, she's just selfish

How do you know she has covid? She might be out of isolation- I’m counting down my days to freedom currently!

She’s certainly eating a lot, the mounjaro has obviously stopped working

It’s actually to do with the speed in which your stomach empties, so if your stomach’s already small it’s the only medical help left.

Only she can change the way she eats, the doctor prescribing it only uses her BMI. Eating ‘bad’ food will likely make her ill on the medication too.

I’m on it and haven’t had a sleeve and sometimes the side effects are agony. I can’t imagine what it would be like if I had a sleeve

Yep, 5 miles maximum. Wonder what her bosses would say...

Her relationship with food hasn’t changed however, so once she can eat those cookies again, she will!

She’s blocked me but I can still see her posts (but not stories). I see she’s substituting various meals with shakes and bars, no veg or anything ‘natural’. I know she’s taking supplements, but is this diet normal after gastric surgery or is this just her bad diet?

What gets me is she has stayed on the lowest dose the whole time she has been on it- it’s not even a therapeutic dose so it’s clearly not the Mounjaro causing the weight loss. I’m amazed any prescriber has allowed her to stay on 2.5 all this time
