Simply calorie counting will make you lose weight. You could eat all your calories in rubbish food, but if you burn off more than those calories you will lose weight. However you will not be healthy. Your body will be crying out for nutrients in different ways. She is eating way more calories than her body needs/she is burning off. It’s quite clear. 900 calorie Easter egg for breakfast, imagine how many more calories she had by the end of the day.

I dip into her Instagram sometimes, I completely understand how she’s hasn’t changed her habits one bit but compared to the likes of Emma Drew she’s done amazing. Somethings obviously working, all be it not perhaps as it should.

Apologies the way I worded that was confusing; she hasn’t posted a gain, just several maintains in a row, which at such a short time period after the op shouldn’t be happening, and suggests she’ll soon start gaining again
Yes definitely - I watch My 600lb life and they always say on that that if they start to maintain or show very small losses then it’s the start of the regain. I found it odd that she posted in May she had lost 9lb I think it was - that seems a very small amount for so soon after vsg?

Ah that explains it then as I didn’t see that! Naughty naughty I can’t wait for day 7 when I can hopefully leave pending negative!
I’m sure if you’re triple jabbed and have a negative lft you can go out on day 8 but her wee boy will still be isolating as he isn’t jabbed

What gets me is she has stayed on the lowest dose the whole time she has been on it- it’s not even a therapeutic dose so it’s clearly not the Mounjaro causing the weight loss. I’m amazed any prescriber has allowed her to stay on 2.5 all this time
My step mum has been on 2.5 for a year and it still curbs her appetite. She felt when she went up to the 5mg she couldn’t eat at all
