I really think it’s all for show. I’ve noticed they prioritise holidays and designer items for birthdays/Christmas etc, a lot. I reckon they just spend all their money on that

also someone correct me if I’m wrong (don’t know much about the traveler community), but just from looking at Chardonnay and her relatives it always seems like they’re trying to “one up” each other. Someone got a Dior bag for Christmas, so someone else got a Chanel bag. Then someone else got a Van Cleef bracelet and so on. Same with valentines, someone got 50 red roses, so someone else posts that they got 100 red roses. Sounds exhausting

I don’t think it’s all fake but I do think some of it is. I have noticed some of them following replica Instagram pages.

I reckon they get a lot from places like old cobbler (?)

I think a lot of it is real. If we all follow the same ones, they always post boomerangs of them paying cash in selfridges or whatever store, so we can actually see the transactions… they clearly all borrow each others stuff as well

Places like Saramart have amazing replicas (search for links on tiktok). Influencers do hauls from there and the gear comes all boxed. My sis recently got some bits off there and it is really good quality.

That aside, how are they affording the luxury home, kitchen renos, holidays?? even if their clothes etc are fake, the lifestyle is still expensive!

A chalet or caravan is a LOT cheaper than bricks and mortar. No tax Declared. Cash in hand incomes, not always legitimate. i’d describe them as cash rich, asset poor. They may be on holiday with a Gucci bag - but there’s (generally ) no home ownership, no pension, no stocks, shares, ISAs.

How about ‘beying?’ There should be some kind of law that children should be educated until they’re 16 and choose to do what they want afterwards. This is proof that an education is needed. One word that totally pisses me off is ‘gawguss.’

I’ve noticed most of the travellers I follow get he’s and his the wrong way round, like their caption will be “look at he’s little face his not well”. It’s painful to read.

I couldnt agree more but I think the authorities often tiptoe around traveller communities for fear of being labelled prejudice or something.
