Remember guys to channel your inner Chappell at your work place:

1. you see someone telling your colleague to shut up or telling someone else to shut up? Get in their face babe, be a boss bitch

2. you see someone who was rude to you months ago? Get in their face babe, be a boss bitch

3. HR sends you an email informing you about something? Respond with “y’all suck for this”

Don’t take no disrespect and be constantly tired thinking about how everyone wronged you 🥰❤
Well done for completely missing the point.
My point was that there are policies in MOST ethical workplaces for abuse, celebrities don’t have that and they don’t get to clock out at the end of the day.

If it helps you feel better I completely agree with you. Nobody should have to put up with rude or aggressive behaviour at work or elsewhere. It takes people speaking up to make change. Be the change you want to see! Too many people in life coast along on “it has always been like that” and “just put up with it”. It has taken disruptors in all walks of life to make positive change. That is why women have the vote, why people of colour were given basic civil rights, why being gay is no longer a criminal offence and why women are not expected to put up with sexual harassment in the work place. If you don’t want to speak up then fine by me, but don’t shit all over those of us, celebrity or otherwise who actually do stick up for ourselves!
Glad to see I’m not the only one who gets it 🤣
