I don't know. I think she does make some good money with her sponsorships and collabs, so I wouldn't expect her parents to give her money on a regular basis. But I do believe her first apartment was funded partially, or in full, by her parents and / or grandparents. I think she would not have been eligible for a loan or mortgage plan from a bank due to being a freelancer. But I honestly don't know, I'm just guessing.

I went googling to see if I found some infos about Rokas to see about his interior design studies that u talked about but I found nothing about that but found many other curious/interesting facts about him we didn't know from Ieva's videos and/or posts. I discovered for example that he's a very good chess player with years of experience, that he works at a company of food delivery based in Vilnius called Barbora, that he owns a YouTube channel and many subscribers, and I read on his LinkedIn profile that he's a Airbag and Real estate manager, so I now better understand why they keep buying apartments and renovating and furnishing them like the ones in Klaipeda and in Vilnius (and will maybe more in other places in future) : to rent them and make money. Here's explained why they live in 4 different houses at the moment (at his sister's in Vilnius, at Ieva's attic of her parents' house, at the Klaipeda apartment and at the one in Vilnius: because when one or more of them are rented/occupied they live in one of the others 3 places. Or at least this is what I imagine.
Yeah you're right, that tattoo is super old and utterly NOT related to Simona Burbaite since when Ieva made it was centuries before getting to know Simona.. I still remember she explained why she got those stars as a tattoo and that it was to emulate it because she saw it on a girl she liked.. I do not exactly remember now to give you better explanation ..because I saw that video so many years ago...so forgive me. But maybe on YouTube , by digiting words like " Chanelette - stars - tattoo " we can still find the video where she explains why she got it.

Yeah I noticed it as well, year after year her lines are alas becoming more prominent... and she's still so younggg! She should stop doing that movement if she doesn't want to have those lines forever which creams don't help getting rid of (i tell this not to hate or judging, but from experience because I'm not in my thirties anymore.. so i know how it goes.. straight from the behaviour of my skin. Mine is only a good advice coming from the heart, just like if I was a good friend or sister to her)

omg another case in which she copies the name for her new business.. I really don't get why is it so difficult to her to just sit 5 minutes and think with a bit of fantasy about a new and original name for her new project/business.
