I don't know if there's anyone left on this topic to read this, but here goes anyway. Their new apartment in Vilnius is super small! I really wonder if everything is going to turn out as planned. I think Ieva hasn't been showing many updates because most of the work is being done by other people. And Rokas is influencing her taste so much. The fittings they are choosing for the bathroom and kitchen would not have been Ieva's taste at all before she met Rokas. She's like a jelly fish, she has no spine. And all the jewelry she is gifted is wasted on her, everything looks so trashy in the combinations she wears it.

I don't know what the size of the flat is, looks similar sizewise to her Klaipeda flat. So maybe 40-50 sq meters? That vlogs was so boring! And in Ieva terms she did a lot in that vlog, so it's best most engaging content she can actually produce at this point. Every time I forwarded, I landed on her going "erm...."

I agree, the future flat is sooooo small. Way too small for two people and a dog!
as she describes the flat I have no idea where the heck she will put all her stuff in? The living room is so small and they want a dining table and a work desk…for what? Like girl you don’t need a work desk, you have nothing to do. Use the space for storage, I’m sure you will need it!
Does anyone else agree they Plan way too less storage opportunities?

Maybe she not necessary will need work desk, but you forgot Rokas, he will live there as well. and he is working for sure and I would agree that to work on kitchen table is not good for a back.
And for me the size of apartment looks good for two people, maybe it depends where are you from.

I just don't understand it. It would have made so much more sense to live modestly in a rented apartment for a couple of years before investing in a house together. It's very unusual for a young couple to do this. I guess they see the flat as an investment that they can sell off later, but still. I guess a normal flat is not good enough for Ieva, everything needs to look new and perfect. And she's not happy without a project for which she can buy lots of things because she has nothing else to do.

Well in Lithuania it makes more sense to buy apartment with a bank loan, not to rent it. Because for the same apartment you would pay 250eur for the bank vs 450eur for a rent. And I'm almost 100% percent sure that Rokas bought that apartment himself with a loan, because he has a good job. And Ieva... for the banks she is a zero. also I think its one more reason why they bought it before the wedding, because after the wedding to take a loan it would be a lot more complicated for them. Banks does not like influencers.

idk, to me the flat seems too small because they have to (well more rokas like you said) work in it.

Is Rokas still working for that supermarket or did he change jobs? He seems to have a lot of free time for someone who has a nine to five job. Ieva acts as if he were a freelancer too.
This tiny space is only going to work because Ieva still has most of her stuff in her Klaipeda apartment and at her parents' house .

You are right, for a second I forgot The klaipeda flat!

seriously, I have also no idea what the guy does for a living. Some ppl here mentioned he works in real estate but then there was that image video of the supermarket he is supposed to work at. As someone who has a fulltime job, I also agree it seems like he has way too much free time. But because of the pandemic it could be possible he doesn’t need to go to the office at all and can work in homeoffice in klaipeda and that’s why it looks like he has a lot of free time but actually hasn’t

I am a bit surprised at the size of their new Vilnius apartment but I hope it turns out well and they are happy with their project. I would have to agree, the new apartment is very likely purchased by Rokas and perhaps a bit of financial contribution by Ieva or her parents. I think it's not so easy for freelancers such as influencers (excluding the influencers who earn hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars) to get bank loans as their income is not steady and considered unpredictable.

I think the style of Ieva's Klaipeda apartment kitchen is more her style, it's modern and chic with personality. I know it's their own apartment but I hope they don't incorporate too much black into it... it might make the space look even smaller which is not ideal. Lighter colours generally tend to make small spaces feel larger than they are or at least more open. It's normal for people to start to like the things their partners do and be inspired by others (it's totally natural and normal) but at the same time, I also think it's super important to stay your true self.

I do think that Ieva's goal is to purchase a home with a garden close to her parents, grandparents and cousins in Klaipėda so I'm a bit curious as to why they thought another small apartment would be the way to go for now. I think she would thrive again living close to her family, even though she said her Klaipeda apartment is only 15 minutes away... I feel like she would benefit from living closer to her family again but most events, parties and her other influencer friends are in Vilnius and living between two cities might not be sustainable in the long run.

I do really like how Ieva edits her photographs on Instagram. Does anyone know how she achieves that editing style?

My heart always breaks a little when I see Louis and think about how he was betrayed.
I can only repeat myself every day, I don't like all the different flowers Ieva throws together. But if her customers are happy, that's fine. How hilarious that Ieva buys a cheap version of those plastic foldable boxes she was gifted from a more expensive brand. It just shows that influencers would never spend their own money on most of the items they are gifted. What do you guys think about Ieva saying that Rokas farts constantly? I think it's so gross to talk about it and not really fair on him. I found it really contradictory that Ieva couldn't understand people involved in producing films or series working around the clock and giving their all, and then claiming that she basically works 24/7 as a freelancer / influencer. I think Rokas falling asleep during every film is a pretty good indication that he works a lot more than Ieva.

I guess that flat in Vilnius is legaly Rokas’ property.

in the last vlog when she was talking that you need avoid people who critisize you and are negative on you I instantly thought about dear arif

to me its kinda strange how she tries to convince everyone that she knows rokas so well, it seems like 5 years etc when in reality they dont really know each other and they are getting married already She thought she knew arif for 10 yeara and then what happened.

I did not get her point about influencers job. It is not one man’s orchestra, a lot of inf. Work via agencies, have people who take pictures of them, edit etc. So it is a team work in many cases but hey she is too lazy to look seriously at this job and gather a team.

Hello, trying to catch up with all the posts on here Would anyone happen to have some of the older vlogmases by Eva saved on their computer? I used to love rewatching them every winter. So sad there are only 3 vlogmases left from 2011 for example. Ah, good old times...

That farts comment was so unnecessary. Like why would you say that publically?
And I agree with Lionsden, I don't think she is very good at combining flowers. It's always like 6 different types of flowers all put together with no rhyme or reason. She'd get a lot more business if she made bouquets that were aesthetically pleasing.

I think her beauty favorites from the last vlog were 90% gifted products, but she never mentions that.

I actually think that is how Ieva sustains the majority of her beauty products, clothing, homewares, furniture and even certain foods - she does seem to be gifted things quite frequently (on and off in periods of time, it seems). Most of Ieva's furnishings for her and Rokas new apartment seem to be gifted, hence why she is posting #ad and #gifted in regards to their new couch/sofa, new cabinet hardware, tiles for the kitchen and bathroom etc... onto her Instagram stories. Now it makes more sense as to why it seems like Rokas seems to be more in charge of the style of the apartment (with Ieva helping of course), it would be in his name. I'm curious to see their completed apartment design.

I was a bit surprised about her comment about Rokas, perhaps they have a very jokey relationship (it's natural and normal for everyone to have flatulence) but it's the fact that Ieva said he will be upset when he sees this vlog and her mentioning it... I wouldn't intentionally want to embarrass my partner (knowing strangers, friends, family are probably watching). It's nice to have a laugh but I would probably feel a bit upset if someone did that to me. Rokas watches her vlogs but I'm not sure how well he can speak English, perhaps basic conversational English compared to Ieva who studied English at university who would be considered fluent. I'm sure he would be able to read the subtitles translated into Lithuanian... I thought it was cute he gifted her with a Byredo perfume for their 1-year anniversary. Rokas seems like a good guy for Ieva and I'm glad she's now with someone who actually treats her respectfully as a human being.

I can imagine that Ieva talked about the farting with Aukse, and that Aukse wrote this question for the Q&A and told Ieva that it would be funny to talk about it.

A few of my friends in Klaipeda opened florist business this year too, I wonder if it's the thing to do there at the moment

haven’t heard a word about aukse for quite a while now. Normally Ieva gets a lot of questions about Aukse in her Q&As and it always seemed like Ieva absolutely loved it to talk about their superclose friendship. But you see nothing about their friendship anymore?
