My favourite body lotion is E45 cream, that seems to be paraffin heavy. E45 was actually a tip I picked up on Tattle, love it. Just thought I'd put that out there when I saw paraffin mentioned!

As for SPF I wear it every day even if staying indoors, as it can get sunny in my apartment and it's also to make sure I stay in the habit of putting it on. I also use P50 so don't want to risk going with SPF

I’ve been reading about salicylic and glycolic acids and apparently the salicylic is for acne prone skin and the glycolic is more for ageing, fine lines etc. I’m definitely needing all the glycolic!!

I wasn’t going to.

I think family is off limits for dissection actually so I may delete that post.
No, I didn't mean you, Enid. I was agreeing, she shouldn't be discussed. But, in the past she has been called some pretty horrible names on this thread (she was called a tart for example on thread #2). And she seems pretty normal for her generation. And they seem like good, supportive parents.

Interested to see what she says about K beauty because it’s cheap and effective no doubt she’ll say it’s trash

in fairness Caroline mentioned earlier it’s Kate’s wedding anniversary.... I’m glad Kate is spending time with her other half and seems to have some perspective.
That’s good! I’m so glad. Hirons isn’t the be all and end all of the industry.

Who is Dr. Natalia and what is her channel?

I liked some of Dr Dray's advice, but I think she is doing to much ads and affiliate links. So I only click on her videos when I think the information is beneficial to me. I also follow other dermatologists and one in particular doesn't do ad or affiliate links. It's Dr. Davin Lim
Dr Natalia Spierings. I used to like Dr Dray too, but stopped watching. They all seem to sell out eventually. It’s disappointing. The lure of financial gain and therefore advertising certain brands above others always seems to win out in the end. I suppose it’s inevitable, but I’m still disappointed.

OMG I use the ordinary niacinamide serum daily. This is no good you say? :ROFLMAO: I do use vitamin C powder sometimes too. I mostly avoid acids.

There is actually only strength you can buy @Shineyshine ! I went back to ask for a lower strength a while ago.
It was the only thing I changed in my routine. I’d been on tretinoin for a year at that point and my skin felt fine then suddenly it wasn’t! I haven’t bothered trying any other actives because I’m pretty happy with my skin and don’t want a repeat.

I don’t think anyone’s expecting a private derm consultation once a month with them. But I at least thought the initial consultation would be with a dermatologist. But by the sounds of it, it may not even be overseen / reviewed by a dermatologist, depending upon circumstances. It sounds as though they have certain derm created formulas and depending on whether you want it for acne or rosacea or anti aging, then a pharmacist picks which is the best fit? Derm consulted only if necessary. Or am I way off?
There's one pharmacist and three doctors, which is quite a good ratio I think

I’ve just seen the pics of ch on this morning - all in black with white trainers. I think the neon on neon criticism stated here may have hit home. She looks so much better. Either that or she just saw herself and realise how bad it looked.

Sorry, didn't mean it that way - I make sure my 8 year-old uses moisturiser on his body after a long bath, too (though his dad doesn't when he's with him and I don't notice a difference in his skin tbh), but my approach is definitely less is more. But then if my son had his way he'd probably never wash so....I might be wrong. 😉
