I would be very surprised if the bodycam footage (or a description of it) were to ever make it into the public domain, and rightly so.

The inquest in the Summer will be focused upon Caroline’s death, so again, am not sure whether it would feature there and be reported upon, but even if it did, I think it would be a significant breach of confidentiality if explicit details were to be made public and the Met would be accountable if the footage saw the light via another means. Somebody more knowledgeable than me will hopefully be able to provide you with a more definitive answer.
Purely going by this https://www.gov.uk/request-cctv-footage-of-yourself I'd assume logically it'd tie in with a Subject Access Request, I'd say its highly unlikely they'd show it, not sure how they'd do with the deletion of it from their standpoint though as with any CCTV footage is overwritten after 30 days

I’m well into my 40s so far too old to be a directioner I’m afraid. Although they did have some good tunes.
Thanks for the advice but I would politely suggest you read the actual transcript from the court hearing, in particular the comments from Ms Weiss from the prosecution before you tell me I’m embellishing or exaggerating.
Please can you link to the transcript? I tried to find it before but something I read said transcripts aren’t taken in Magistrates Court (can’t remember where I read it though).

Edit: Sorry, it was on the Gov.uk website. I don’t think there are actually transcripts for the court hearing - only what the press reported.

Anyone any idea when the funeral will be? I’m not from the uk so not familiar with how it’s done there
Once the legal process is completed to confirm the cause of death, then it can actually take place quite quickly. However, if the close family are wanting certain people to be there then the logistics of finding the first “open” date can push things back.

In many countries it IS illegal, the uk just happens to have a lower age of consent than others.

Dark ages? Because I don't think it's ok for someone in their 30's to have a relationship with a teenager? Sounds like it is YOU that lives in the dark ages, if you think that's ok.
We're in the UK, so why is the rest of the world relevant? There's countries where it's even lower. So your comment is completely redundant.

No, I also didn't say it was ok for someone in their 30's to have a relationship, however he was 17, which is LEGAL and also vastly different to someone in their 30's being in a relationship with someone say, 15.

17 year olds are not 'children' these days, stop twisting comments to suit your agenda.

I think they probably did or maybe he did. The photo was said to be 'obtained by The Sun'. On the night he reportedly shouted 'I was normal til I met her'. If someone did wake you up by throwing things at your head and you had called 999 fearing you would get killed - I could see why he might want to get a photo out to show something of what happened, after all the papers were making out he was too tall to be a victim?!
He may also not have been thinking straight. Then later, he feels remorse and is back to wanting to help her rather than feeling he was the victim.

Yep, I've said it before. All the insistence by her friends she was bullied . The article stated 'her camp' gave the quotes about Brady being a time waster and calling an ambulance out of spite. So caroline herself used the media to attack someone's character when it suited her.

The rumours of Brady cheating also got into the papers that way and he denied them. To me, that's a smear campaign. It's not a coincidence that she did this to multiple exes. Accusing them all of cheating publically after saying they were 'the one'!
Plus he said in his blog post he wanted to hurt her like she hurt him which i presume is why he put stuff out there when she was arrested? I actually think they did still love one another but their relationship was too toxic.

He also said about her being hurt in the past so I do think the ex Jack was unfaithful to her and that’s when she lost trust in men.

There’s a podcast with her on called in the pink where at around 50 minutes in she is saying the press is fine as long as they don’t really know what’s going on and how she’d feel like crying on red carpets but the press would never know as she just got on with her job

“I think if they found out what was really going on that would be distressing” she said

Because he chose to share it at that specific time. Coincidence?? Unlikely. And I used “jumping on her” purely as a euphemism. As in he was using her to get his name back in tche headlines. Obviously not physically jumping on her 🙄

I would’ve thought so too but a girl I went to school with’s Dad hanged himself, his wife went out and he phoned her a while later and asked how long she’d be and she told him she was just around the corner and wouldn’t be long, but then she bumped into someone she knew and stood chatting to them instead of going straight home. When she arrived home he’d hanged himself, so it seemed he wanted to know that she’d back in time to find him and save him but because she got distracted sadly he died

How devastating :(

The results of the CPS investigation are likely going to reveal that there was sufficient grounds to prosecute and there might even be a few unsavoury facts about her behaviour that night thrown in to support this. It’s not going to do anything to soothe the “she should have been treated differently because she was a woman”, brigade.

The CPS know what they’re doing.
Can’t agree there. The CPS is one of the most massively incompetent organisations I’ve ever come across. Wouldn’t trust them to do a damn thing.

My impression of it is that she sent to someone for approval first, they said no don't post it and that's how they have it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I find it strange that she was defended for dating Harry Styles. If that was a man in his 30s dating a 17 year old, eyebrows would have seriously been raised. Yes he would have been of legal age but, any woman attracted to someone who is still classed as a child needs to have a serious word with themselves
Do people change that much between being 17 years and 364 days old and the next day when they’re 18? One day they’re ‘a child’ and the next they’re an adult so what was ‘sick’ yesterday is fine now?
