According to the internet Jackass exploded in popularity in the U.K. in 2002/2003. I remember watching it at the time with my boyfriend and finding it quite entertaining but also thinking what idiots they all were. I’d have been 17/18 years old. My younger brother was 13 and loved it!
My older brother was 22, as were all his friends. None of them watched Jackass. Mainly because they were all adults and had lives.

the old bits made him feel old, I said maybe it's just not as funny coz you are old (no offence meant, I'm older than him ) and toilet humour isn't funny when you're nearing 40?! Would explain why stunted, nearing 50 babs enjoyed it
