Not even the brummy daddy insta is harassment because she's never mentioned by name or at all until she decided to comment. There's no real proof its about her except the name, and even then she's not got a trademark on being a brummy parent.

Well Optimus talent look like right idiots, just had a look at their roster - lacklustre to say the least.

It's all girl boss and I'm a business women, until the moment they release they don't get to control their own narrative after making themselves a public figure. At least musicians and actors have a talent, the only thing these influencers have to sell is their privacy.

Optimus talent looks just like someone at home in their spare time, the second link on their (insecure) site still just has the placeholder text. Professionals they aren't, but I think we all knew that

This. A lot of her behaviour is questionable for a family/Disney/mummy account. Her being their mum, or that she's trying to be funny doesnt excuse it.
Again this. Don’t forget, these images and her children’s are being used on pornographic websites..... it’s not funny or humorous in the slightest.
This women also just currently filmed for bbc bite size. CHILDRENS STUFF who can then look her up online. Disney definitely should be aware of this.

Only midday and all the sh1t she’s already spewed out today.
The SJs!! the couple who charged strangers £5.99 to meet their kids last year!!

£5.99.... that’s how much their kids safety to meet strangers was worth!!

And got their kids to call all these strangers (that they sold access to) their friends!

I haven’t watched that yet what’s it about x
In a nutshell there’s been 2 or 3 people who over the years have messaged brands the SJs work with, clubs their kids are part of and have tried hacking into their kids school’s portal to get access to their personal info. So basically the SJ’s are sorry (or not sorry) they exploited their children and sold their privacy - which Emma can most certainly relate to.

thing is its not really harassment if she doesn't go out of her way to look here and play up to what is said. She makes her own bed.
Erm, I think Paul spelled it ‘harrasment’! Optimus need to include spellcheck in their Microsoft Word package.

Right ‘Paul’ from Optimus talent, if you client emma and yourself are aware that these images are on these sites, then this makes it even worse. If emma is aware that these are on the sites and she has set up a YouTube for her 8 year old and continues to post pics in their swimsuits etc with the knowledge these are already on porn sites I am even more disgusted and seriously concerned

Optimus talent aka Paul could also get himself in trouble if he keeps accusing people on this thread of things they aren’t doing

Dunno about yous but I can’t afford Disney holidays and “little caravan holidays” so no, that’s no relatable

But what is a safeguarding issue is posting pictures of her children in uniform so you know which school they go to, her full address on tinterweb and allowing her 8 yr old a YouTube giving 30 facts about herself showing complete strangers around her bedroom . IMO

The only ones at risk of a civil lawsuit are Brummy and this (alleged) talent agency with the lies they've told.

But it was a different story when the SJs were uploading instastories of other people’s kids on holiday!! Only because it was a Past BBC Apprentice contestant that they took it down.

They can’t cry about people breaching their kids privacy when they do the same to others kids.

High time this country had laws about plastering children all over the internet!!

And yes Paul once an image is on the WWW you can’t get it back!!! maybe you should let your client know this!!

Completely agree.

If they prosecute someone it would be interesting to take it to the press.

‘Mummy Blogger sues random punter with a different view!’

It will also bring attention to all the safeguarding issues, lies, pressured selling, MLM tactics, not just with her but with all the ‘gang’. It would really show the general public what is going on!

Article 36
States Parties shall protect the child against all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of the child's welfare.

Emmas kids are most definitely being exploited in the media, by none other than Emma herself. Round of applause for the mother than can't even protect her children's rights

This!!!!! Emma, keep these images to yourself or if you’re obsessed with sharing your kids do it on a private Instagram for just your Family and friends who you trust and KNOW

or if she cant take it JUST GET OFF THE INTERNET - she doesn't add anything to the mummy vlogger genre, if she wants to appeal to an older audience take a leaf out of Louise's book... she shouldn't have a problem doing that.
