if I rocked up to work in that, my boss and colleagues would think I was doing a walk of shame after a one night stand and send me home to get dressed.
Her posting about being a stem major 24/7 is insanely annoying.
Yeah, I get it STEM subjects can lead to useful jobs, but Kamri isn't any better than anyone else. All subjects have their purpose!
I find that strange. Why do they shell out so much money for a university degree only to find a husband? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Mindy get married to Shaun whilst at uni? And then, the twins came along so her degree was never used. Is it the same for all Mormons? Do they all get university degrees, only to find a husband and get married and have kids and the education they got pretty much goes to waste? I'm not trying to offend anyone, but it seems like an expensive way to marry your daughter's off. It makes me no sense to me either! All they care about is getting their kids married off. B&B had a few sponsored posts with Baylor, which I think is unfair because they can afford college. Kamri has said she wants to be a doctor, so I’m curious if she’ll actually have a “normal” job. I know her classes are hard so I hope she actually uses her degree! I’m curious what Rylan will do after high school.
One of my ex-LDS friends explained to me that lots of Mormon families push women to go to university because it makes it easier to find a "good" husband with a good job. That AND, it is much more acceptable to get out of doing a mission if you go straight to university and then get married. If you're not studying or on the track of marriage, you "should be on a mission" if you're young and able (all according to my friend who went to BYU).
It's been like this for more well-off families for hundreds of years, even before universities were open to women. You spend lots on your daughter's education because it gives her a better chance on the marriage market. Doesn't matter if she doesn't use the degree later.
In places like South Africa and Japan, and in strict Christian families in the US, lost of women just get a Bachelor's degree, or don't even finish it, their primary motive for attending a certain university is to find a suitable husband there (the 'ring before Spring' phrase).

I really hope Kamri does use her degree also. It would be such a waste to go through med school and then do nothing with it, all because her mother wants to marry her off for the views. And then there's Bailey, who keeps reminding people every five minutes she can say 'husband' now. She comes across as being more in love with the idea of being married, than actually being in love with Asa. And Brooklyn saying she is very mature for her age and that's why her and Dakota are suited to each other, yet still participates in silly challenges like 'who wore it better' I'm sure once upon a time they were lovely girls, but fame and being molded to fit what their mother wanted them to be has taken its toll. They just come across as fake now.
I feel like she forgets she's not a doctor yet. Or even in med school for that matter!!
Mature for her age... who is she comparing herself to? All of my friends were more mature than them at that age.
Its a shame because I really followed them for all these years feeling that they were genuine and passionate... but idk everything about them feels so like manufactured ??? Like they have to think purely how can we make money from this...
Rylan even joked about this on her tiktok. They know they’re going to get a LOT of views and attention (and money) when Brooklyn gets engaged/married. Brooklyn is even getting her esthetician license, not because she wants to be an esthetician but because they’re creating a skincare line.
And in their Utah video, Brooklyn starts complaining that she was trimming someone’s “nasty toenails” and they were flying back on her. How freaking disrespectful!!! She’s such a brat!

At first I thought, “Why would Brooklyn move all the way to Utah to get her esthetician license?”
It’s only 10 minutes from BYU so I think she was moving there to be close to Brooks! If Brooklyn was willing to follow Brooks to Utah after a few months of dating, I’m sure she convinced Dakota to follow her to Texas. I still can’t believe Bailey has only met Dakota 4 times (and she’s planning their engagement party)! Mormons are so interesting

It's annoying because she is so private and doesn't post really anything personal so it seems like STEM is her only personality trait. Also on a side note, every time she pops up in one of B & B's videos she just screams gay to me. Hopefully when she goes to med school its in a more liberal city..
People have been speculating on Kamri's sexuality for years, especially since she never talks about guys and never seems to show any interest in them. She also screams "gay" to me too - she doesn't really dress super girly like B&B or even Rylan - who people have always suspected is bi - and although clothes don't define your sexuality, it definitely plays a part in letting people know how you identify. I think recently she's posted a few tiktoks about guys, but nothing too monumental.
oh my god she looks like Felonious Gru. It's giving Despicable Me 1, 2, AND 3. If I went to a job interview like that...i'd be turned away immediately.
