They're really towards marriage, aren't they? It's pretty pathetic, really. Just because your twin gets married doesn't mean you have to rush and jump into the next relationship and make it a marriage. She's totally settling just for the marriage. Anyone know what the Mormon stance is on divorce?

I was wondering how they felt about divorce too. It’s weird that Brooklyn would settle for Dakota. She always seemed so strong and independent and like she knew what she wanted. I think Brooklyn and Bailey are very competitive with each other so I wonder how extravagant Brooklyn and Dakota’s wedding will be.
I always felt like Brooklyn was so badass, so independent and outspoken. But it really feels like she is settling for Dakota. He feels so plain compared to her. Maybe I’m wrong and we don’t see how Dakota is and is more to him that meets the eye.

Someone mentioned how Brooklyn and Bailey are competitive with each other. I think Brooklyn's way to upstage Bailey, would be being sealed in the temple with their wedding. It wouldn't even have to be over the top extravagant.

Oh that’s an interesting thought. Do all US states have temples? As I know Utah does because of their high LDS population but what about Texas?
I honestly find that religion so interesting. I read that after marriage they have to wear special garments under all their clothes …? I imagine Mindy and Shaun were married in the temple And don’t seem to wear the garments. Alyssa mikesell and her husband are super religious but also don’t seem to wear the garments … how are they all able to pick and choose which parts to follow?!?
There are temples in the under half of the states here in the US. And I really don't think they wear garments. I don't think they even wear religious garments.
Alyssa and Dallin wear their garments probably like 80% of the time, you can often see the outline under their clothes or it peaking out of necklines
Now this would stir some tit up and it's very likely considering Dakota is LDS. I'd also be really interested to see how much of the temple side they show/talk about publicly or will they just talk about the "ring ceremony" they'll likely do so people like Asa can be involved.
To those who don't know, you must be an LDS member to even step foot in the temple so Asa wouldn't be allowed to go to the wedding. The temple ceremony is an interesting thing too, I'd recommend looking it up. You wear robes and get new mormon names
Yeah asa isn’t allowed in the temple indeed. I’ve been in a mormon temple once.(it’s near my house) And was shocked from what I saw. the inside was really over the top. So I’m curious about what they will show of it.
Normally non mormon people aren’t allowed in the temple, but this was because a temple opened in my city. And because there where only a couple of temples in Europe people where allowed to see the inside for a couple of weeks.

I'm not sure. I want to say yes, but I could be wrong. Her dress was conservative, so it's a possibility.
Do we really think they'd force that, though? They wouldn't be able to film it so they wouldn't be able to get any views/profits from a wedding video!
Most Mormon couples do a ring ceremony after getting sealed in the temple so that everyone can join/they can have a public ceremony. That's what Alyssa and Dallin Johnson did (young LDS youtubers who got married recently). This is where they do the extravagant wedding video. Most mormon influencers tend to barely even talk about getting sealed in the temple because they're afraid of criticism and want to focus on the prettier/more fun ring ceremony.
I don't see why they wouldn't get sealed because both of them are active members, not getting sealed means not ending up together in heaven to mormons. I think Mindy and Shaun respect and love Asa but they will likely push for a temple wedding for Brooklyn because theres' "no excuses" really
I think the pressure is going to be on. Because Bailey wasn't sealed with Asa. I like you said, they're going to say that there's really no excuse for them not to.
I grew up being a Mormon ( haven't been in years) but you can be sealed in the temple after you are married. Most people don't start wearing garments until they have visited the temple for the first time. I dont see B&B or the family being to Conservative as they wear bikinis and small shorts doing summer so I don't think they would wear garments.
I also doubt they'll be pressured to because Shaun and Mindy clearly don't have strict modesty rules for the family (the girls have always worn crop tops and bikinis) so I really doubt any of them would wear garments/start dressing modestly after marriage unless their husband pressures them to
