I have to say whist I respect and sypathise with Britneys desires to start a family with her boyfied, that at 39 and on mental heath medication (she doesn't deny she has some issues - though lithium seems overkill) and with a busy life and 2 teen boys that maybe a baby isn't the best idea?

Im not saying people with MH difficulties shouldn't have children - I do - however I'm worried it could cause another relapse especially since the timing of her first breakdown suggests postpartum?

I hope you are wrong but my feelings are similar 😢
I just don’t get how her dad allowed her to have a genuine relationship when he controls even the simple things like driving, getting her hair done and going for a coffee.

What? This makes no sense. You can think he’s a dick and also want her out of her conservatorship, the two aren’t mutually exclusive. Genuinely don’t understand where you are getting this from?

I second this. You'd have to have some MASSIVE balls to be posting as if you were Britney right now, with the world scrutinising every word she says. We probably know 5% of the murky truth. Let's just be patient, support her as fans, hope for the best

I'm curious about Jamie-Lynn, she was really still a child when all this kicked off, a teen mum, she had her own issues and couldn't be expected to be able to provide support for Britney. Now she seems settled with her own family, but it's a hard ask for her to get involved in this. We don't know the dynamics of J-L's relationships with other family, she may well be scared of her father too. I wish she would speak out, but we don't know her relationship with her parents, though she seems close to Lynn, so maybe she can't face cutting ties or going again her mum. She may also not have a close relationship with Britney, they live on different sides of the country and I bet their father doesn't want them being close and forming an alliance against him. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Jamie blocked Britney seeing more of J-L.

Seeing a story about Sam posting a picture of a ring to social media then deleting it and saying he was hacked has made me really, really despise that man. I didn't like him anyway but he's such a piece of shit. It's awful because you can see Britney utterly adores him yet it seems so obvious to me he is just using her.

So sad.

I suppose from a legal standing though it’s 2 separate hearings. By closing down that one she is now free to petition to end the conservatorship rather than just changing who is in charge of it.
I agree, this needs to end but everything with the courts and justice system just seems to take forever which is disgusting.

I agree with Sam...we have no idea really do we? The positive thing is he always speaks so positively about her. We can only hope.

I’m disappointed for Britney but can’t say I’m suprised, all the restrictions she’s under they were hardly going to let a 27 year old swoop in and rock the boat.
