Kevin seems to be a good dad to those boys though, he’s kept them out of the limelight and given them a happy, normal childhood which is what Britney wanted. He more recently got an injunction against Jamie as he was violent towards one of them, so the boys haven’t seen Jamie for a few years now.
Lousy husband to Britney, but however a decent dad to her boys and they seemingly adore him.

No man would even be put in the same sentence as hysteria. However, *anyone* who had been in Britney's situation for over a decade would be fucking hysterical. So even if she was (which I don't even agree with, I think she's been remarkably fucking composed, I couldn't be), who the fuck cares? She has every right in the world to feel every emotion she has, especially given what she's been through.

This story is really reminding me if judy garland. She was controlled and used by everybody close to her and when she protested she was mentally unwell.

This part really stood out.

While an attorney for Montgomery, Lauriann Wright, asked that Spears’ privacy and her children’s privacy be protected and anything that implicates those rights be private, Spears interrupted and insisted it all be public.
“They’ve done a good job at exploiting my life,” Spears said. “So I feel like it should be an open court hearing, and they should listen to what I have to say.”

It‘s amazing, there’s no going back now and no way Jamie and the rest of them can manipulate people’s perception of her.
She pointed out that her family have been able to give interviews/speak to the press and lie about her, while she’s not been able to say anything. It makes me feel ill thinking of her Instagram videos where she’s obviously been forced to say she’s fine and act like she’s happy.
They can’t try to make out she’s “unstable“ now. She sounded clear and articulate in what would be a nerve racking situation for anyone.

Sorry for posting so much, but I’m just in awe of her bravery. I hope she knows no one is judging her, there’s SO much love for her worldwide.

Can't believe he is still given any sort of platform, the things he used to write about celebrities (mostly women) was disgusting. Was watching Chris Crockers 'leave britney alone' video earlier, who knew it would come to this!

If you feel the bf is exploiting her you are basically in the same boat as her parents who essentially are trying to babysit their 40 year old daughter. Countless other celebrities get married multiple times, have different kids, break up, share custody, sign pre-nups, make bad decisions, it's called... LIFE. Why does Britney need to be wrapped in cotton wool. Even if she had 5 more husbands and they were all bad eggs, who's right is it to stop her doing that?

This!!! Also, male stars are allowed to be far more fucked up, father kids al over the place etc and nobody wants them in a conservatorship. Her family and lawyers all have a vested interest in this continuing as they make so much money from her.

They probably know she'll cut them all off the minute she'd allowed.

I have to say whist I respect and sypathise with Britneys desires to start a family with her boyfied, that at 39 and on mental heath medication (she doesn't deny she has some issues - though lithium seems overkill) and with a busy life and 2 teen boys that maybe a baby isn't the best idea?

Im not saying people with MH difficulties shouldn't have children - I do - however I'm worried it could cause another relapse especially since the timing of her first breakdown suggests postpartum?

I really can't articulate this well, but what many think caused her mental health to deteriorate so much was having her very young children ripped away from her.

It's totally her body and her choice but on either side she seems surrounded by people using her. I'd be very worried for her that the current bf would turn on her once he had a better claim to her wealth and the same would happen.

It has been so sad to see her decline over the last few years. It was obvious to everyone she was heavily medicated and was really unhappy. Her mental health was not good, in fact she just wasn't in a good place in any way. I hope for her sake it all ends soon and she can start living again. I hope she eventually finds peace and happiness she hasn't had for such a long time.

I love the replies on this no one will let him forget how he treated her and used her name to sell his music. I know he’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t, but it’s so transparent. Have you read my posts? I’ve repeatedly explained I am not basing it on social media but a lack of judgement in the past. I didn’t say she should have restrictions kept on her at any point. I said it’s worrying what could happen if she doesn’t have a clear and good judgement, which again you don’t know she does.

What about, say, Robert Downey Jr? He abused drugs, was found asleep in a strangers bed, drove under the influence, went to jail…I wonder what restrictions are now placed upon him based on his past behaviour? I’m guessing none. What’s the difference here…think…

I am SO proud of her! For years they’ve tried to make her look like she needs to be controlled. And then they tried to do it to the fans too, the PR spin on the Free Britney movement really had people saying “well she does need it, look at her Instagram posts”.

Listen to her talk! She knows exactly what she’s saying and how they’ve manipulated it to make her seem mad.

Although it’s great so many are coming out in support of Britney I just wish all these people would help her by maybe recommending a shit hot lawyer/ financially paying for legal fees.
