Oh I’m more confused than ever with who’s actually posting on her Insta . That aside Britney looks incredible . She’s getting a lot of shade for the post and I don’t understand why? There’s so many other artists that post pictures like that and it’s ok for them? Britneys always been seen as a sex symbol from a very young age. So that was ok too? Back when she was barely 17 years old but now she’s a grown woman almost 40 now it’s not ok? I don’t get it!! I feel like this new insta post is an attempt from her management to make it look like they are taking her concerns seriously, when really it’s bollocks and it still isn’t her. I really want to believe it’s her and she’s finally getting some freedom, but it seems too cheerful considering no decisions have been made yet, unless maybe it’s just from the fact she was finally able to have a voice. I’m so glad for this thread. She was well and truly done over . It’s tragic but I have faith. It’s not going to happen anytime soon, I know that but it will happen. I hope to god she can just be truly happy and be free from anybody she does not want in her life.

Oh my goodness did anyone see Sam’s story of brit singing lonely . Today I ordered a free Britney flag my oh couldn’t believe it but he’s got the job of putting it up and says he will. Idgaf I am a adult, a mother of two but I am so beyond serious and passionate about Britney. We live in a nice area and my neighbour is 100% freebritney!!

I can relate too. I wouldn’t even call myself a mega fan, but I love a lot of her music, and really like her as a person. I love pop music and she’s an icon of the genre.

And like everyone’s said better than I could, she’s a genuinely good person, you wouldn’t blame her if she’d become bitter but she never has a bad word to say about anyone. No one I know in real life if really interested in talking about Britney, its why I’m glad about this thread! Although when I explain the situation she’s in now to people, they’re genuinely shocked and gutted for her.

The mention of Mona Lisa reminded me, I wish Original Doll had been released, I would love so much to hear music with more of her creative control.

About her voice, just watched the video of her deeper sound. I don't know much about her career, I was pretty young when she became popular and here in Mexico it took a while to be known, but, I think the music industry had something to do in that (along with her parents) but I remember there was a 'rivarly' with Christina Aguilera. B was ment to be the 'sweet one', while X was the contrast.
Also, I think Xtina was made to waste her talent, he has such a beautiful voice, but was forced into singing pop...please enlight me in the matter.

Christina was a also a pop puppet when she first came out and the record companies loved pitting the 2 former friends against each other it was great publicity and money maker. When she first came out pop was a very big thinh, she wouldn’t have become big if she went down the route she wanted, like rnb and soul.

she also had horrible management who over worked her, but she had a solid family/friend circle around her who had her back and she fired her management team after her first album and took more control of her career from then on, she now does the kind of music she wants to do, even if she doesn’t sell millions, she loves singing and performing but she will do things on her own terms and when she wants, so I wouldn’t say she wasted anything.
