Viggooooo! A good result to me but understandably a crap one to most other people! Seeing the top 3, I thought that Cillian was going to be the surprise winner. I would have accepted that, since I found Cillian far less annoying than all the show's previous kid magicians.

They couldn’t have put make up over les mis girl’s arm tattoo? How very 19th century France
Me and the old dear saw les mis during covid - December 2021 - just before nicola closed everything down again. Apart from the main parts, all the cast were young, and mostly that tour was their first professional roles (this is from their bios in the programme)

It was the best production of les mis we'd seen in years - it was fabulous!!!

I dint notice the tattoos. But when we saw Sheirdan Smiths version of Funny Girl in the cinema, I wondered why she had full sleeve skin coloured costumes. Then I remembered her god awful tattoos. Why do they do this to themselves???

I'm actually elated he won. Sick to death of kids, dancers and singers tbh.
I really wish they’d set a minimum age for BGT. Kids aren’t emotionally equipped to have their hopes built up, be told how amazing they are and then disappear back into obscurity. Going back to school will be some reality check for them

Yes. Also it’s kind of predatory and exploitative if you think about it. They technically can’t consent to being in the meat grinder that is manufactured television like this.

also, maybe controversially, the disabled people that go on is an issue for me as well. Physical is obviously different but the last few years they’ve had people with Down’s syndrome and other mental disabilities and I can’t help but feel like they’re being exploited. They likely don’t understand that they’re being wheeled out to provide feel good porn for the audience and have 0 chance of making the final, let alone winning. The judges put them through so they perform in the live shows thinking they have an actual chance when we all know that’s not the case. Same with the kids. The kids likely don’t understand that the producers have an idea who they want to win before the live shows even start. They put certain people on certain episodes for a reason, sob stories etc.

Reading comments on Facebook and people are loosing their minds about Viggo winning its hilarious. Its all" I'm never watching it again"
Well don't then why do you need to announce it
He wasn't my favourite but he did make me smile I didn't really get it but I guess alot of people did and that's why he won.
I really don't get all the hate about it

I'm glad he won.
Not because I think he's any good. It's a shit act and not even that funny but it's what they deserve for putting him through above genuinely talented people. It's a proper kick in the teeth to the decent acts that were in the final last night though
