I don't think there are any rules around this. She hasn't broken the law herself.

I agree I'd feel funny about her teaching my children and I spoke about this earlier on the threads. Most people disagreed with me 🤷🏼
There used to be - disqualification through association. But I know the government changed the rules round this - but some schools still ask. I guess she’d be able to go back to after the dust settles.

This is such a bad take in my opinion.

When a woman says she'd rather be on a female-only hospital ward, or that she felt uncomfortable because four guys were walking behind her on the way home, or that she's looking for the ladies' toilet, or even that she fancies a particular guy, NOBODY responds 'ew how weird, you're thinking about genitals.'

If I said I felt uneasy because I was on the top deck of a bus alone with four hulking teen lads, nobody would say 'wow, weird? you're thinking about teenagers' genitals?'

This is so disingenuous it riles me up. I welcome debate but not dishonest debate.
No you’re not thinking about genitals, you’re thinking about their size. Different.
In any of the multiple times I’ve been in hospital I’d never have known/cared if there was a trans woman anywhere in the vicinity. Speak for yourself.

some people here said they have experience of being in these secure units, do the "inmates" socialise with each other? isn't it same-sex? Just wondering how they manage that and how they'd manage inmates trying to get off with each other
