Hopefully they don’t pick Pippa as a godmother surely that honour should go to Aoife! Actually I can see them picking two godmothers as they are two dads, to even put the numbers! Have friends who did it that way

Yes I can’t imagine them keeping them private. They show every part of their lives and film everything… also have no issue showing their nieces as you say!

Why would she want to be around? It's altruistic surrogacy, I'm sure she got the brief in advance.
