He’s so bloody dim. Pretty sure this person is asking about increasing how much weight they lift during a workout and he’s banging on about calorie surplus. His comprehension of the English language leaves a lot to be desired

He’s aging so fast! He’ll be in his mid-thirties looking like a fifty year old 
gen z really do not suffer this crap lightly (and fair play to them!)Previously women had little choice but to marry an older man. Firstly being passed off as property from father to husband, usually as a business deal, progressing along at a glacial pace to the small issue of not being allowed to work, when work was permitted it wasn't well paid, prior to 1975 they weren't allowed to have a bank account in their own name or mortgage alone etc. For most it wasn't a choice, younger men weren't in a financial positions to marry and there was a strong thought of I'll marry a 19 year old at 40 as she'll be easy to train etc.
He isn't aging well and it's clearly getting to him. Is a trip to an overseas hair transplant clinic on the cards, awful veneers or a brow lift?! None of that will change his awful personality and I bet he finds it hard to get a date these days, gen z won't be having his nonsense.

Yep, if you want to date an older man / woman fair play if you're both on board, say Kim K and Pete. Men consistently dating women under 25 when they are over 25 or nearing 50 (Leo) should be called out. Women over 25 are not past it, it's not your biology or nature etc to only date 19 year olds. Bradley spouts opinions that would make men in the 1970's think twice.
its definitely a massive red flag. The power imbalance, the maturity imbalance… not good, not good at all.
In my early 20s I dated a very rich owner of a record label and he only dated women under 25. He was 50. I was younger than his kids. I went in with my eyes wide open and it was fun but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was always going to be replaced further down the line, I wasn’t enough of a yes girl for him and as time went on we didn’t actually have that much in common and he was a bit thick so I finished it. It taught me a few lessons and I have no regrets but I can’t imagine many of these relationships are happy ones
Also no one batted an eyelid because it was an older man/younger woman but am sure people would have had plenty to say if I’d been the older one

He gives the impression in his stories that all heart attacks are caused by bad lifestyle choices. What an absolute idiot but apparently he knows a lot about it. Love how he says the Cardiologist is an expert in his field, a Cardiologist is a specialist so I would also say they are experts. Maybe he should start his crusade with his sister and brother in law, and once he has sorted them he can move onto world domination.
