Something else that doesn’t add up for me, is that with all these complications going on health wise, why has he not been referred to the royal marsden (either privately or publically)? Apart from the Christie up in Manchester, it’s one of the best cancer hospitals in Europe - why is he having to go with obscure small private hospitals for what sounds like extensively complex cancer? Royal Marsden is the equivalent of Great Ormond Street.

Also, reading that reddit post, the claim for money was needed just after the wedding (we now know, by his own admittance, he didn’t need that money) was around the same time of the multiple break ins. What happens when you have a break in? You go to your insurance for a payout. It does make you wonder….

I am not sure what to make of that narrative. Person A claims Rich is one of their best and lifelong friends, yet states that Rich used them time and time again, dropping them whenever he had a gf and hadn't been in touch for 9 months? Yet it was Rich's request that they not share his GFM page amongst peers and that he and Lisa were impolite at a difficult and stressful time in their lives; THAT was the catalyst for not wanting to ever speak to him again? Not the being used and discarded repeatedly throughout their relationship? I'd probably not have patience either if someone was telling me about supplements upon learning of my cancer diagnosis!
I believe this story. Why? Because there are people out there who are doormats for others (guys and girls). Their personalities or their lives make them targets for putting up with the same tit year after year, and perhaps they’re pretty manipulatable.
I think the first sentence “I honestly had no idea. To this day I have never and will never speak to him again” could read as
“they both got nasty and blocked me so I haven’t spoken to them in ages, but knowing what I know now from you, I will never speak to them again”
It does seem like the ex-friend cared a lot about Rich though despite him not always returning the friendship, but I guess they will have written it to show themselves in the best light! It's strange Rich and Lisa were so angry about the GFM being shared though if Rich himself had shared it? Unless he'd changed his privacy settings so only certain people would see it. I agree about the herbal supplement stuff, it sounds like he was attempting to be helpful despite it being obviously misguided.

I also believe it. I just don't consider it tantamount to any suspenseful, smoking gun information that reveals much beyond a commonplace interpersonal dispute between friends, especially when they'd put up with a lot in the relationship before then.

Yet Richards hospice doctor diagnosis’s lung inflammation without scans and blood tests and prescribed anti inflammatories?
If rich experienced breathlessness they wouldn’t assume it is lung inflammation! Breathlessness would be treated as an emergency! Why? It’s a sign of a blood clot, pulmonary embolism, pneumonitis, pleural effusions. First thing would be an X-ray and blood tests. Not an assumption that it’s lung inflammation. Lung inflammation would also show in bloods as high CRP level.
