I tend to believe that he was indeed a patient at Cynthia Spencer Hospice. Although I don't really get the point of the video interview style which he posted on his instagram. Why would they interview a patient to ask their thoughts about the hospice? He was sat talking but the video never showed who he was talking to. It could have been anyone.
It's too far out there to even think the whole hospice saga was fictional.
What we don't know is
What relationship he has with the hospice manager?

Why he stayed at the hospice.

I thought they (CS) treated his constipation after the local hospital diagnosed it and ruled out surgical intervention. Also he had his pain relief meds reviewed there.
The newspaper was also involved with the story about the fundraiser and took that pic of Willy wanker with the big cheque. Not sure about the finer details but I’m sure he did have an admission for some minor issue.

Cynthia Spencer have some interviews with other patients on their website. I guess it’s a bit of a marketing thing. Agree he wasn’t there for end of life care, though, his bowels just needed a little bit of encouragement.

You mean he needed a big dump?
Well, its still difficult for me to understand why a hospice would switch him to fentanyl patches and not give him a laxative to help with GI mobility, especially in a bowel cancer patient thats prone to obstructions. It makes absolute zero sense to me.
Palliative care nurses in my experience will repeat strongly how much laxatives are required with opiod-based meds.
The hospice doctor apparently announced "rich you are full of tit" and didn't notice the so called ascites? Which wasn't ascites in the scan he posted.

Would the hospice have access to his medical notes? Surely they would know if he has terminal cancer or not…I know they would never be able to say anything because of patient confidentiality etc but surely someone would read the article and find it fishy if he was in fact in for something else? Dunno, maybe there isn’t much fact checking from the media team? It defo wasn’t ascites, also a bowel just wouldn’t compress a liver like that it would just perforate

Daisy Story goes
Richard switched from morphine to fentanyl prior to hospice stay. Prescribed by hospice doctor who visited Rich to discuss controlling symptoms. Private London clinic recommended hospice deal with meds.

Woke up with rumble, stab, rumble (where have we all read that before? haha)
Lisa spoke to the hospice doctor and persuaded him to go into hospice.
Treatment was started for bowel blockage/impactment. Each day increasing laxatives.
Hospice tells him surgical intervention will be necessary if he doesn't poo.

Post then appeared that surgical intervention was needed and he was going to go have surgery at Northampton.
Northampton hospital tell the hospice about ascites and last scan confirmed full of tit. No surgery can be done. Pain likely from ascites.
No much more discussion about needing to pass a poo. Told not to worry about ascites because fluid has been caught early and chemo will likely resolve ascites.

Next emergency was infection which needed draining. Samples taken for analysis and never to be mentioned again.

I hope Richard is writing all this in his book because its getting difficult to remember this

The clever thing about rich is, he knows and we ALL know that nobody medically can publically challenge him. I could create a whole site about me having epilepsy and my dr wouldn’t be able to say anything publically that I don’t. His sister is a barrister/judge person so he knows when the law is on his side.

(Also if there is anyone medical here reading involved with rich’s care, please don’t risk your career for this guy)

this was a big issue with the amanda c Riley case in the US. Doctors wouldn’t even tell the police if they were treating her or not. But the police were able to ask questions such as ‘would you treat this issue in this way’ ‘do you do this testing’ etc which showed police she was not being treated where she said she was

extremely frustrating for those in the medical field who had to sit and watch these people lie and scam

surely that is copyright infringement? False advertising? Might be worth reporting his website to the advertising standards agency. Although the way Richard keeps up to date on this thread, I’m sure the photo will be gone by morning.

I reversed all these this morning; the details are posted on the previous page. One was stock imagery, three were from different architects and businesses. Fair play to the person contacting the architects directly.

Someone pointed this out on Reddit but given the description of his surgery (they opened me wide open, took a look around, found 25 tumours everywhere) he has very little to show by way of scars. At most he’s had laparoscopic surgery.
