Do it! I cannot recommend it enough. After a while, my brain just started to associate going to sleep with putting the mask on and I found I’d fall asleep (and stay asleep) much better with the mask than I ever had before. Even now if I go for a random nap in the afternoon I have to put my mask on. It’s become a cue to sleep.I need something to concentrate my mind as I take ages to get off to sleep. The minute my head touches the pillow my mind wakes up and starts going mad. The insomnia is doing my head in!
These sound like just the ticket.
