My July reads! A fairly quiet month reading wise and all pretty average with no stand out reads for me. Hoping to get more in this month!
The first 1/3rd of the book was really tough that was the child violence story it alluded too CSA but without it being to much, after that it became more of a revenge book and graphic but it drew you in, by the end I was truly hooked.@Meangirl815 omg you read The GroomerI always see that mentioned on the FB psychological thriller group.
Was it a tough read? I don’t think I could do it 🫣
I thought the writing was beautiful but I like her writing usually. Its definitely slow and meandering. Like taking a journey along the coast for the views when a direct route would get you there much quicker.nothing on there appeals this month aside from the absolute win that was Slimming £1 Meals by Miguel Barclay that I have been waiting about 3 yrs on my wish list to go on Kindle deal and down to 99p

each to their own.. I had the arc and didnt think much of it tbh. Glad you enjoyed though
When did it say it was going to be released when you ordered it?My preorder of the paperback of The Will of the Many has been cancelled on Amazon due to "lack of availability"Does that mean it won't be published in paperback here at all, as surely if anyone can get it, Amazon can?
July, then October, then February. I'll give Waterstones a go, thanks. When did it say it was going to be released when you ordered it?
I think it was originally July but now Feb - perhaps the Feb one has a different listing/ISBN. I can still see it as Feb on Waterstones.
I love it usually! My favourite trope
