I have 2 rescues, they’re beautiful. One of them has one eye, so not traditionally so, but all cats are beautiful anyway.
It’s just that in all my experience (I started wistfully looking years before we had a house and garden, when we were in a flat and no one would approve us for adoption - also my SIL used to work at an animal rescue centre and sent me photos basically every day saying “how about this one?”) and I hardly ever saw one that looked like that.
Anyway, happy to say I’m completely wrong! I’m pleased she’s chosen to adopt and not buy. There’s really no excuse if you own your own home
