It's virtually impossible to outtrain a bad diet so she is definitely engaging in intentional weight loss, but she's painted herself into a corner now because woe betide anyone from the bopo circle who admits that actually, life is better when you're not large anymore (and not just because of "fatphobia", your body is literally under less strain and feels better!)

This is what I mean. I go to the gym, walk, swim etc most days but I still haven't lost such an amount of weight in such a short time. It just doesn't seem to add up. Find the whole thing pretty disingenuous, to either suggest the weight is just falling off due to exercise or that it's being aided in some way. Either way it's bull.
It’s Ganni I think so I thought they run ‘small’ to ‘mid size’. That said it looks really good on her. She certainly wears mid length well!
Not being shady because she looks great but I don’t think we can determine size by brand with Ganni - it can actually come up huge. I wore a medium Ganni dress whilst 9 months pregnant.
Ah I have a lot of boob and forget that often makes sizing seem like roulette depending on style especially in dresses. Also hard to always translate over to European sizings as seems to depend where you try Ganni. And the joy of medium or large vs sizing. Women’s clothing is so frustrating at times!

Im not trying to be witchy but why does she insist on exercising in cotton t-shirt? They always look like they’ll be so smelly and chafe her. Buy some proper sports clothing with moisture wicking

I just finished ‘Welcome to your Life. It wasn’t very good. However! I have bought ‘Death of a Bookseller’ and am really looking forward to reading it!

Although it’s so good as a debut any writer would get a twinge of envy. But she is salty Alice got a whole ep of the podcast and you could just hear how happy and confident she was and bigged up Bethany’s paperback. Alice got a book quote from Caroline Kepnes of You on Netflix! Bethany got someone who writes cosy Cornish cream tea romance.
Which is harsh. She genuinely doesn’t seem to like scones

So my path IRL intersected with hers around her dating/poly/queer era. I met her for all of 2 minutes in the middle of an ego fest of other people that was like narcissism fighting like rats in a sack and she seemed quite pleasant although my bar was very low at this point.
I kept hearing from my flatmate all Bert’s dating exploits as FM was basically fighting for the same pool on OKC and whatever the club night was. As I read I got the immense ick that many of Nicole’s dates were straight up the dates Bethany had. The Nordic one? Soon as I read it, I was ‘she is not? She is not going to describe his bits in huge size? Oh god. She did.’ The one who likes both Nicole and Serena: he was the Shoreditch chubby chaser the epic fight was about. He was working round the whole group and none of them realised he was a fetishist until the middle of this girl power get together which went East London Real Housewives batshit.
Four of them all thinking he was into them. Maybe more. I left quickly. There was some jewellery making thing happening so sharp objects and handbags at dawn.
That was a really long six month lease with my flatmate. She was more obsessed with it me Bethany than all of us combined.
I also could not believe it’s empowering to objectify men on sexual characteristics but comment on their bodies and its eugenics or something…

The club night was Dancing On My Own or DOMO! I vaguely remember that time as well, mine & Bert’s paths briefly crossed although I never went to DOMO.
